yes, one of the best quality wigs and shoes I saw

well I am satisfied but one of the shoes I pre-ordered take longer to make so they shipped all my other items except the shoes. Was a nice apology note with it and said they will ship the shoes later time. So they solved the problem by themselves and I am happy I got a nice note about it. Good job Leeke ^^

Definitely, the boots are beautifully made and the wig was high quality as usual

I posted on their Q&A to add to my order. It took a few days for them to reply but the said they would include it. When I got my package my order was missing.

Paypal. Very easy.

6 weeks. Wasn't expecting it to take that long.

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
The Christmas Boxes were fun: I got a Leeke wig, shoes, and a SOOM silicone eyes. The preorder wig I think was overpriced, as the quality didn't meet the pictures. It didn't look like the photos.

The preorder wig did not.

* Were you satisfied with the product?
Somewhat. I was happy with my box, but the things that were disappointing were the wig, the wait time, and half my order being missing.

They haven't gotten back to me yet.

No problems ^^ They left a note inside the box apologizing for the delay (even though it shipped only two days after I'd ordered!) and letting me know I had a credit on my account or if I chose, I could get a paypal refund, since one of the sets of eyes I'd bought were out of stock.
* How easy was it to pay? for some reason the credit card payment option didn't work, so I had a friend pay through paypal for me.

oooh... a bit hit and miss here... Communication was fairly prompt (usually a reply within 12-18 hours), but was a bit confusing to follow. The whole experience was a bit strange, and I got the feeling my questions were met with a bit of annoyance from the person on the other end, but ultimately, everything worked out well enough~

* How easy was it to pay?
Aside from the initial game of "guess what to do next", and confusion with which payment request was the correct one, it was pretty much a standard paypal affair.

* How long did it take to ship?
Put the order down on the 9th(Sunday), and item arrived on the 12th(Thursday). Considering that I didn't send payment till the evening of the 10th, ridiculously quick.

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Everything was quite nice IMO, but again, newbness here, so be forewarned~

* Did the item look like the sales pictures?
Pretty much exactly the same. One pair of shoes looked shinier in the pics, but then it may have been a sample. Very acceptable range of variation~

Definitely~ Heck, I wanna order MOAR!

it was ok. it took a few days to send me an invoice and i am having all sorts of issues getting into the Q&A section. sometimes it took a couple of days for them to get back to me, and it really seemed like they had an automatic response to questions. but they were very friendly and did exactly what they said they would.

forever. they finally shipped feb 23. im not used to that long a wait XD

sure! theyre really not that high and i think the heads and body i ordered were very nice^^

resin color and size was an issue, but other than that i think they look better irl.

i am. there might have been a problem, but i ordered during an event and the head they sent me was not only the one i wanted, but solved the potential problem perfectly. things worked out better than i had actually planned.

there was no problem, except for long wait...

well, it wasnt the worst order experience ever, and i do need another body for my new floating head...so maybe.
