      Had some minor hiccups, but they did answer their emails. (didn't get an invoice, so I had to send them a payment manually. That was a problem on paypal's end though and not Leekeworld's.)

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Paypal is always easy. Even when they are having "hurr durrr" moments.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      roughly forty days.

      Yup. Oh man the Eve Cocktail wig is amazingly soft~<3

      No, but in a good way :D

      Things went smoothly, so I didn't really need to get in touch. Their Q&A board doesn't always communicate well with my MAC, however.

      Very

      She was shipped out on April 12, so not long at all.

      Yes, I'm very happy with her -- she's a well made, solid little doll.

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Yes, or as much as any doll does. Only holding her in person gave me a true sense of scale, since she is built quite different from other dolls. However, the pics gave a good clear look at her body shape which they showed from different angles.

      Very :) I wouldn't hesitate to buy a doll from them in the future.

      Excellent! I had some questions about the skintone and a view others, and all were answered very promptly and politely!

      Super easy, I did so via PayPal.

      Gah, less than a month! :D She shipped on April 12th and arrived at my door on April 14th.

      Yes, I'd say so :) She's a GORGEOUS doll, impeccably sculpted!

      I'd say so. I can't judge *too* much since I ordered her blank and without any clothes or wig xD

      Four wigs - two LM and two W

      When did you order?
      April 13, 2011

      How was the communication?
      Great. I was sent an email with my order confirmation and another email when it had shipped.

      How easy was it to pay?
      Extremely easy - I paid within minutes using PayPal.

      How long did it take to ship?
      Very fast. My order was shipped the next day.

      Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Yes, the wigs are well made and are of high quality. The mohair wigs are very soft to the touch and are well styled. The W wigs are rather stiff, but I don't mind that since that's the look I was going for.

      Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      For the most part, yes. The W wigs look exactly as pictured. The LM wigs will require some styling to look like the picture, but I think that's just the nature of mohair - it needs to be fluffed and styled.

      Were you satisfied with the product?
      Very much so. I am going to place another wig order shortly.

    7. * What did you order? Two W wigs for my Littlefee (6-6.5 inch size)

      * How was the communication? Good.
      * How easy was it to pay? Very easy - I just sent them a PayPal payment
      * How long did it take to ship? They shipped within 24 hours. I sent them a payment late in the evening and by the time I checked my order status mid-afternoon the following day, the items had already been sent. I was impressed by how quick they posted it.
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? The wigs are extremely good quality and definitely worth the price. Shipping was slightly more expensive than I expected but it arrived very well packaged and in a good sized box, so I think it was worth it.
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? Yes. One of the wigs is considerably longer than the sales picture but the style and colour of both the wigs are the same as the pictures. I think one of the wigs actually looks better than the sales picture.
      * Were you satisfied with the product? Very much so.

        Very quickly. The wigs arrived from the GO organizer today.

        For the most part.

        Yes, for the mos part. The wigs are soft and heavy and the colors are lovely. The PeachPink wig is really thin in the front and it is difficult to find a way to part it that doesn't show the wig cap.

        Not with the PeachPink wig (see above). I am very pleased with the pigtails and the light brown wig.

        N/A... I don't expect that Leeke would consider the wig flawed, even if I do.
       
    8. I am DISSATISFIED with their attitude towards customer's claims :(

      Okay, I've ordered wigs and shoes manymany times from Leekeworld, so I am not complaining about overall quality of their products.
      In fact, their hair strands and style are almost too perfect, and I am still their fan.

      HOWEVER, I must complain about their attitude towards defective items.

      I've placed an order on Nov 12, 2010, and another one on March 25, 2011.
      And due to my rotten luck, Leekeworld have sent defective wigs BOTH times in a row.
      Naturally, I asked them for exchange/refund, but it seems that their initial response is to deny their mistake.

      It's supposed to be a "mixed-color" wig, but I received "half-head" wig.

      Back of the wig is partly sewed up-side-down, creating unwanted "float".

      Obviously there has been a mistake during production process, so the wigs DID NOT look like the sales pictures, but Leekeworld insists that there's nothing wrong with their product.
      If the products are not defected, then am I crazy for claiming defective items?

      In the end, they gave me a refund so everyone is happy, but I feel insulted because they would not respect customer's claim.

      I wish they do more through check of product quality.

      Paypal, a bit confusing as I wasn't sure if I needed to put my name or my paypal name at the bottom of the ordering form but I asked my friend who's ordered from them before so that went alright.

      Got all my stuff on the 2nd of May so... 5 working days, 7 if you count the weekend too.

      Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Well I didn't think the price was unreasonable, I could certainly afford if again if needed.

      Definitely, the wigs were so nicely done and soft looking and the right colors

      Yes, I got everything in good condition and in a reasonable amount of time too. Would definitely order more things from Leeke =D

      And then some! I'd have no problem paying their regular price, now knowing how nice the heads are.

      As much as possible, allowing for color variance and lack of faceup.
      They both have lovely faces. :)

      I would like to also make note that in spite of ordering and paying for them on the same day, getting them in the same skintone, and receiving them in the same box....the two heads are totally different shades of normal skin. Xion is definitely a Normal Yellow of some sort, and Hero is a very close match to Doll Family Normal Pink. Not a complaint on my end -actually I thought it was pretty funny- but you might want to watch for it if you are matching parts to an existing doll.

      - Very good, at first I ordered my Mikhaila with no-faceup + Outfits but I changed my mind and added body-blushing. Later I changed my mind again, and added wigs to my order. They were very polite answering my inquires and was very patient with me.

      - When my package arrived on the 23rd May, the default wigs was not in the box. I wrote in their Q&A board and added pictures as proof. Leeke asked me to check again, just in case. I replied that my item wasn't in the box, and Leeke sent me the wigs on that day. :)

      * How easy was it to pay?
      - Very easy. (Paypal)

      * How long did it take to ship?
      - Less/Within 30 working days.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      - Yes, the clothes where made with such details, and the wigs where soft and beautiful! My Mikhaila was blushed beautifully too. :)

      - I was expecting a dark chocolate skin color like the sale pictures, but she was lighter then expected.
      - Her default Lavender Rose came with black ribbons instead of red but its not a big deal, I love it black.

      - Very, she not only came with her defaults, she also came with 2 free wigs, a necklace and a hair clip.

      Yes. Mikhaila is gorgeous and I am very impressed with the wigs.

      Yes. I ordered the mixed brown wig that Sasurin mentions above and it is more two tone then mixed but to be honest I'd not noticed until I read her post.

      * How long did it take to ship? They shipped super fast! I ordered on Sunday but they don't work on weekends. They shipped everything on the 30th (the next day) and it arrived today, June 1st.
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Two of the wigs were. One of the wigs looks exactly how I expected, it's gorgeous. The other one was good quality but I didn't like the color. The blonde (LR-080_E) one is really thin in the front and in my opinion was not worth the price I paid. I also didn't like the texture, felt a bit rough. I'm still very satisfied with the rest of the items.
