Thank ou for all the sweet words, i was so happy today, i spend lot's of time typing all the tings out, for the wig options and blushing option..(on the borad i made two post and i tyoed it all in the two paypal payments, an i tried to type it in the order form, but they keep saying to much words, so after trying to make the message as short as possible, i just deleted it an wrote that i will amke a post on the board which i did later, lol)
i asked for honey with elf ears, the kiel wig and the cutie wig, and the cutie parts (lt red blushing),
i asked for soda for the pumpkin parts the pumpkin wig and the honey wig..

i now need to find their names and i am looking for clothing ideas i used to have this huge library of images of fairy and elven and gothic costumes, but i had a computer crash and i lost it all, so now i have to research all thing again, but that's not a real big problem i was just getting into it anyway,i am making costumes for me and my mum for castlefest, that's a sort of a renfair thing, so we go as elves,so while i do research for that, i see ideas for my two little mischievous fae while i am it
they are definitely inspired from the dark urban fantasy's i read so they are definitely not human and don't have those morals, they are not evil either, they are just fae and like tricking people and doing a lot of mischief,lol i have lot's of fun with this back story as i always loved the slightly darker fairies than those always nice fairies from disney..my fae can be nice if they like it or just send you to the opposite direction if they feel like that is more fun today, lol
i was so much doubting the two sculpts and i knew that if i choose just one i would have lot's of doubts the rest of the time, so i decided to order both just in time for the free gifts (i made two orders, lol)so i hope i will get more wigs (they will fit my littlefees as well) i need to look for eyes as well, i have some but not much, i love the "imperfect"glass eyes of dd-anne, very good quality for a low price, i mostly don't notice the imperfections anyway (i am sure that both of my own eyes are not perfect or exactly the same, so i don't need my dollies eyes to be that way),and again two fae have much more fun and adventures than just the two of them, i was thinking to make them tiny catapults but i have other dolls as well, so i doubt they are happy if i give my naughty fae catapults and cages and such, oww not a good idea,lol

I wonder if the twig blushing would match the optional part blushing. Like if pick pink the twig be pink (Pink blossoms and such) instead of the aurora shown.

 

I expect the twig horns will be adapted to the blushing scheme just like the wood horns would be, with the same gradient running from base to leaves, though I do think it would have been nice to see samples of each type of horn in each colour.

 

Well I think no matter what you're wanting blushed, in what colors, if you lay it out for Leeke they will likely do it, no hassle. That's the vibe I've been getting from all the other custom orders they have been accepting.

Eeek. I wanted to ask a question before placing my order, but I realize I waited too late. It's the weekend and they won't be back to answer questions until Monday. I suppose I'll just make my requests in my order comments and hope for the best. It seems like there's a good chance they will. :3

 

Okay, I'm not able to stare at these pics any longer . I'm still stuck between Cutie and Honey. Help/opinions anyone?

 

Personally I'd say Cutie if you can't decide... because you can always order a Honey head later if you don't like the cutie as much and surely the cutie would be bought up fast since she's limited to this order period?

 

I caved!

I placed my order for my Ent in Pure Rose Skin with the Soda head. I elected to pass on blushing, but did request the face-up and wigs.

I didn't see if anyone asked about eyes previously in the thread, but I asked if I could request a specific set of eyes shown on the Ent page. (I'm hoping to get the ones pictured with the Pumpkin head.) I also asked about getting one of the wigs in the pictured style, but in a different colour. I'll be sure to post their reply once I hear back.

I posted on the Q&A board to make my layaway request & provide details on my requests, but I don't see my post showing up on the board. Does anyone know, does it normally take a while for a post to show up, or should I try posting it again in case there was a problem?

babyelf - I agree with Call Me Stephanie. The limited head seems like the safest bet for now, since it would be a lot easier to change to the unlimited head at a later date, if you change your mind.

Edit: Well, I got worried that it still wasn't showing and also realized I'd forgotten to include a piece of information, so I tried to post again. It still isn't showing up, so either I have a problem or else they will both show up later and I will feel very silly. D: I also notice they say to select the "secret" option if you don't want it to be public, but I didn't actually see an option box. Am I just messing up terribly? ^^;

Edit again: Nevermind, my second post is showing up and it's apparently locked by default. Mini-crisis averted. X3

Just ordered a blank, NS Ent Soda with wood horns. I was going to choose Honey, but Soda won my heart right before I clicked "add to cart."

I shall mosey on over to the waiting room, now.

 

I messaged Leeke about the wigs, wondering if I could pick any other wig in their size as my second wig and they said it was fine! So I would feel free to pick any two wigs in any colors you want, maybe just have a back up wig in mind, I offered a few choices, just in case.

So... I totally didn't think about asking about the wig in a different color! I want one in blue instead of pink (soda wig)... oh boo.... I feel if I bother them with it again they will probably royally ruin my order... so I'm scared.. haha

I hope that means my wig request won't be a problem either, since I'm asking for one of the style they had on Soda, just in a different colour. I did say that I'd take the wig in the default colour if it wasn't possible, though.

Honestly, I'm already so in love with the Pumpkin-head wig, I'm not sure if it matters what the second choice is. XD

Edit: Call Me Stephanie - I get the feeling Leeke doesn't mind too much and they seem like they're pretty together on this one -- it's worth a shot!

I just had an idea and with Leeke being so generous on options, I posted a question on their Q&A board about the possibility of adding an extra head to a fullset doll. This way I could have a Cutie & a Honey head ^^. I'm eager to see what they will answer. Is Monday a holiday for them? (here in Germany it's Easter holiday)

 

Malaryush: True true... Maybe I'll look through their other wigs and see if there is one I like... but... I don't think so. I think if I keep thinking about it all this time I'll only change my mind a million times and drive them up the wall. haha I'm pretty confident in the rose color since seeing owner pictures and the wig is cute. I don't mind soft pink.

 

Just showed the Ents to my non-dolly-interested boyfriend and he was like "OMG, how cute is this!" ROFL. He even promised me to help decide between the different sculpts ^^.

 

Haha that's awesome. That's how I got my now husband into it... mwhaha Now he wants Croom when it comes out "no matter how big or how expensive" according to him. haha
