Leekeworld [Limited Edition] Kiel Ent discussion

I'm going to wait until I get my Mikhaila to order. Hopefully if I pay her off soon, she'll be sent straight away. I'd like to see what the pure rose resin looks like in person before I place an order. Of course, if I get the premium membership, I may be able to order in grey skin. It looks pretty, but I think I'll stick to either normal or pure rose. At present, I'm thinking I'll get the normal skin.

 

My boyfriend had a very similar reaction he thinks tinys are so cute. He seems very interested in the possible big guy too.
So now that I know Honey can have elf ears I'm debating her too, so now I have three I can't choose from! If I can order one, it'll be Kiel, Soda or Honey.
xD I'm completely stuck

 

thanks for likeing the ranting, no i dn't feel so bad for doing it..
i found some patterns and tutorials for midievel pointy shoes,i think they will look good on my fairies, not sure which colors i will use for them, i have some nice green fabrics, but i like to use sheer translucent fabrics..
i have my onw hobby room with lot's of boxes with fabric, so i will probably look first there..i have to go to the city thuesday so will look for some fake flowers and leaves and such, so i can use that in their designs as well..
i ahve to compare it, but i'm hoping their measurements are not that far away from my littlefees, so i can use them to model things, i probably can use the littlefee patterns and tweek them a bit, i mostly use stretch material anyway.
i asked leeke if you could order the parts extra, it would e geat to have a set of blank parts just to let loose my crrativity on, i will probably choose the twig horns for that set..ihave enough pastels and paints, so it would be cool..
i will probably enhance the parts brushing abit myself, add some silver or maybe some extra color...
they told me i could get only the pasrt blushing as i always want to do the body blushing myself, so i have enough work on them and i don't think i won't bond with them,
the first idea was maybe to see which one i liked best and loose the other, but i really really like the idea for two fairies getting in all sorts of mischief, lol
i had this idea of making them things and let it look like they made it themselves, so i probably don't have to finish non fraying seams and such, lol
i will have to make them their own litle corner of the room tough, don't think it is an good idea to put them on the same sofa with my littlefees...lol, i think that will end in war..
yeah i'm having way too much fun with this..lol but i just like them and keep looking at them..so i really hope i won't creep another one into this, that would be bad...
with the choices issues everyone is having, i only can say i sypathise, i had the luck to buy two but i had been in trouble if i couldn't...but a tip is maybe go for the head you cannot get anymore, so the limited one..you can always get another blank head and switch out..

 

lamira, i have compared their mesurement to the littlefee, they are not to far apart, the leeke is a little taller its shoulders is not so broad as the littlefee. but the waist and chest should fit. but the hip on the leeke is 0,5 cm bigger but i dont think it will be a problem.

it was easy enough for me to chose the face, it was one look at the honey face and i was in love i have a littlefee dress for her my sister dont use, so she wont be naked when she get home

 

May have accidentally ordered a fullset Kiel with the works... accidentally. xD

Loved her exactly as she is in the promo pictures so, going with that!

Still trying to decide on whether or not to get a more complicated version of Soda now too!!!

I think I've decided on Kiel with pink body/parts blushing and wigs, it's those eyes and the tiny mouth, so cute! Now to pray for stuff to sell xD

I love the pink parts blushing, the way it goes from green to pink.
That is what's making me ponder pink for Soda... even though the wine colour is stunning too!

I am looking for a pink pumpkin with twig horns. In pure rose skin. And misty rose wig and rose colored eyes ^_^;

@shadow_catty thanks for the camparison, i mostly use the chest and hip measurements for the patterns anyway and the rest is mostly altered if it doesn't fit, lol
does anyone know some good (littlefee) patterns? i mostly use free ones, so i ahve no clue about pay patterns, anyone can reccomend some patterns?

 

I can't decide what head or what skin color I want! I like Pumpkin and Soda and would like to have rose skin, but I'm afraid that I might not like it. This is so difficult, too many choises!

 

So, the Kiel wig can be chosen for the other heads too? I may have to get it, then, just because it's limited and all... but I really like the wig in Sweet's pictures, too. I already know I want Soda's wig for her. It's so cute!

And you can choose different body blushing compared to parts? Now to decide if I want all pink or pink body blushing with aurora parts...

I think pink blushing for Soda would look adorable! But then again wine is very nice looking too... they've made it so difficult! I was debating wine for a while, but I think pink will suit the purerose perfectly ^^ I am so smitten with this girl, really hope I can bring her home!

 

I agree with the too many options. I think I want one, but I am overwhelmed by all of the things that can be chosen. It might help to have a specific idea in mind before ordering.

 

I do not remember the last time I fell so hard for a doll. It might have been Volks Renee, seriously! I'm going to be shorting out what I'd like for days. Wish I could tell them to make me one of everything...

I'm leaning towards the Kiel setup, which seems to be QUITE popular. But, as much as I like that face, I can't help but think Cutie or Sweet would fit in a bit better with my other dolls.

I'm glad I passed on Micheala, much as I never figured I'd say that (sweet doll, but she'd need her own wardrobe).

Oh! I have an inquiry in if they'll blush JUST the fairy parts. I'm a bit rough on my gang, so body blushing doesn't tend to hold up here. I'll let everyone know what the answer is.

 

I have heard a couple of people say that they requested blushing on fantasy parts only, already. I didn't hear how that would change the pricing of blushing, though. I still don't think I'd go for it, since I'm interested in doing my own part-blushing, but I'm still curious to hear how that works.

There really are just so many options and ways to customize this order, it's astounding. X3

 

they told me couple days ago i could get parts blushing for only 45 usd (that's half of what you pay for total blushing) so i ordered both of my dolls with only parts blushing.i like to do the body blushing myself as i like light body blushing and it depends on the character..so now i saved some money on body blushing, which i wanted to do myself anyway, so i asked them if they sell the blank parts separate (would love to see what i can do myself with these parts, lol)

 

Ooh, that's not a bad deal for the parts blushing. ^^ If I didn't have some tentative plans on how to blush the parts already, I'd be awfully tempted to add that on.

Do let us know how they reply to your request about the extra parts, though. It would be awesome to be able to change them out without having to repaint every time. I'd be tempted to get four sets and paint them to suit each season. XD

 

I want my girl to be a little flame-y devil so I'm going to blush her wings myself to look firey. If I end up keeping her ent legs, I might do the same and have her have legs of fire as well.

 

yeah i really hope they just can sell the parts and that they can be added to me existing orders so i don't have to pay extra shipping, if they are not to expensive i may get two of them i will probably get one with the twig horn as i like to see what i can do with the myself, i didn't liked the aurora twigs, but i think they will look very cool with the right sort of blushing...
i just went to all the patterns i have on my computer and i made a publisher document with all the patterns that would look on her, i think i have 40 pages so far (i make the pattern to fit in that publisher document, so i don't think evry pattern will work but i have some cool things)
i have some felt that i will look at, and i think i will go trough my leather stash and see if i can get some scraps to make some vests and such,they will probably wear sexy fae clothing, nothing that covers to many skin, i whtink i will look for a ew stash of elastic ;ace as well, i probably don't need much for a fairy..
well i think i will probably go nuts in the waiting period, lol

 

My goodness. I'm mad at myself, since I may have fallen for an LE. I usually don't like the fantasy dolls, but I'm beyond in love with these girls. I love Leeke's tiny heads, and that adorable body! I can't decide if I like Soda, Pumpkin or Sweet the best!

I might be able to snag one of these girls if I get lucky, too. Wish me luck!
