Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     1. * What did you order? FairyCastle Tixian fullset
      * When did you order? Sept 30, 2021
      * How was the communication? Good until the shipping shenanigans that came later.
      * How easy was it to pay? Very easy
      * How long did it take to ship? I was told it was ready Dec.8th, but then there were contradictions and excuses until December 30.

      * If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them? I was told my doll was ready on December 8th, and I could pay extra to send her via UPS instead of EMS for a 3-5 day delivery. I sent the money immediately, and was then told the next day when I asked for the tracking number that the package would not be ready for 4-6 more weeks.
      When I showed them their email saying otherwise, they then went silent for a week before reappearing and saying they were sick and hadn't shipped the package. Then silence for another week and then they gave me a tracking number which didn't work. More days passed before I got a reply and a new tracking number which worked after a few more days. After all the contradictions and excuses, it ended up being January when I got the delivery finally.

      * Would you order from this company again? Not unless I had no other source for something.... I felt like I was being lied to -- if they had made a mistake with the shipping readiness they should've owned up to it instead of dragging it out for almost an entire month. It was very nerve-wracking.

      * Would you order from this company again? Yes! The order process was easy, lots of variety to choose from, and they always have the measurements listed at the top so I don't have to worry whether an item will fit on my doll.

      * When did you order? 29 April 2023
      * How was the communication? As i make layaway order i make contact to begin process, and confirmation for each payment. There was slight problems in communication as they had problem with email account. Also they forgot to send me tracking number before i ask about it so i got doll after 4 days when they tell me this number.
      * How easy was it to pay? Paypal (Layaway)
      * How long did it take to ship? Shipped on 24 July 2023
      * Were there any missing or broken items in your order? No, the items were perfect and packed well!
      * If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them? No except those mentioned before in communication part.
      * Would you order from this company again? Yes! Actually some my previous dolls was from Legenddoll (liwhenje, if i remember correctly, on ebay before) and everithing is good as always.

      * How was the communication? I admit I was a little annoying, sending a bunch of emails asking about my order status during the long wait. But despite that, I was always answered within a couple days and very politely! Also my order was shipped within the promised timeframe. The only time I wasn't replied to was when LegendDoll literally couldn't access their email inbox for some reason? They got a new address though, and once I forwarded our correspondence w/ the order number in there, all was well.
      * How easy was it to pay? Very! Paid in full with paypal.
      * How long did it take to ship? Order was shipped Aug 9, 2023
      * Were there any missing or broken items in your order? Nope, thank goodness. Everything was super safely packed!
      * If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them? So one of the outfits I ordered was out of stock, and Erica offered two other outfits in exchange for it, which was better for me since I had two dolls on the way anyways XD. When it felt like my order was taking way longer than usual and I pestered her about it, she also got things moving for me, giving me information along the way (there were delays with faceup painting etc) but the wait was worth it!
      * Would you order from this company again? Absolutely, since they were polite and have access to companies I can't really find elsewhere.
       
    5. I had two orders arrive around the same time, and one that I forgot to fill out until now, I'm combining them all into one review here :)

      Order B was a layaway. Erica was very helpful with my layaway questions, it was easy to make my payments by paypal and she confirmed all my payments were received.

      Order A: Shipped August 10 2023

      * Were there any missing or broken items in your order?
      None!
      * If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them?
      Order A: I usually just set my orders and forget them but after a few months of waiting for the wig I poked Erica about it. She was very apologetic about the delay and the wig arrived soon after. I don't know what caused the delay but regardless it was resolved very quickly after I asked about it, you can't ask for a better resolution than that!

      Order B: I wanted some items that were on the AS website but not on Legend Doll. Erica helped me total them up, as well as created listings for most of the items to make it easy for me to check out, and told me I could pay for the hand blushing using the 1USD page. I did a layaway for this order and Erica was very patient in helping me navigate that and confirmed all my payments received as well as the approximate wait times after my last payment.

      Order C: I originally ordered a Kon'D outfit along with the SW& shoes, but the outfit was out of stock. Erica reached out after taking some time to find similar looking outfits that were the same price and size as what I ordered, to replace the one that wasn't available. She also checked exact sizing for me when I asked because my doll is very curvy, and eventually I decided to get an outfit for another doll of mine instead. Erica was very patient while I was being a little wishy-washy about the replacement outfit. The outfit I ended up choosing was a little more expensive, and I asked to add a pair of shoes and another AS stand for my bigger doll. Erica made the adjustments swiftly and calculated the difference for me. And she honored the free shipping promo for my adjusted order, which I thought was very thoughtful.
      Other dealers I have ordered from before would have just partially cancelled my order and make me eat extra shipping costs for my replacement items, so I really appreciate all these extra efforts :cheer

      Yes, but I will make sure to ask for a different shipping method. My order was shipped via PiggyShip/PiggyExpress when it got to the US. This shipping company has been having a lot of issues with packages making it to their destination so be wary.

      * How easy was it to pay? Very easy. I might have been a little confused if I hadn't encountered the whole "pay via Paypal separately after placing the order" situation before, but knowing what I was looking at, everything was simple and clear.
      * How long did it take to ship? Far less time that I expected! I'd heard feedback saying they were slow before, but my doll shipped in just over 5 weeks.
