Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     1. Thanks for letting me know! I've been holding off on ordering eyes til I knew for sure.

      All Limhwa have those interesting flexed finger joints...I'm thinking of modding my Leda's hands but it'll probably be summer before I get around to it.

      I'd also like to see after pix though, WillowRain! :chocoberry :chocoberry :chocoberry

    2. Will do! Hopefully, I'll be getting status pics soon. I'm having them separated and the nails cut to look more normal and less 'dragon claw'...I did the same thing to my Luna's hands since I wanted her to be able to wear a wedding band, and her character was not the long nail type of gal :)

    4. When did you order, Kataxenna? They're taking about three months right now, so you should be okay since Limhwa's orders are going out...just slower then normal.

    6. Well, if they stick with the current timeframe, your girl should be shipping the first week of March *crosses fingers*

      I know what you mean about all emails being ignored. Mine were for weeks until right before my girl shipped, so there is hope! I really wish Dollfair's customer service didn't stink so dang bad right now because they used to be great...le sigh...

      Also..I've heard something about Dollfair moving too the UK.. >_<

    8. Mine came from Catrina (aka Jo Ross). My Luna came direct from Korea/Limhwa, but this was earlier last year when Dollfair was still communicative.

      I read about that supposed move to the UK, and I can't say I'm really happy about it especially since we'd be losing a US distributor so shipping will be higher...but, if it fixes Dollfair? It may be a good thing.

      However, it still doesn't sit right with me that Catrina seems to be fleeing the country with so many people's money from the Narin/Bimong situation.

    9. Yeah, It doesn't sit right with me either... I hope i hear something very soon! Im not at a total loss yet. Limwha did say they got my order.. I just hope thats enough!

    11. Kataxenna, did you pay with credit card? If yes, most CCs offer a 90 day window to ask for your money back.
      I've ordered 3 Limwha dolls before the big mess happened and I didn't get an email until my order was shipped, but I also didn't sent emails after placing orders to ask when my dolls would be shipped. I know it's normal to not hear updates until the dolls ship, but it's not normal to be ignored. I've asked (before the mess) plenty of non-shipping related questions that were answered within days.
      Try to contact Dollfair and if they don't reply within two weeks, file a police report. If you paid with Paypal, start a claim even if it will be rejected and call Paypal. By now you won't be the first one to do that, so there is a chance Paypal will investigate. It may sound dramatic, but there is no reason why Dollfair should not reply within two weeks and you are not helpless.

    12. I've contacted Dollfair from overr three-four different emails. I've called with no answer. I emailed them in the middle of Feb to see where my order was, Since I did email them after i placed my order and was told to expect her at the end of Feb. Well..Yeah, i know its only March 1st..But common. A simple reply isn't much to ask.

      And as for filing a police report.. I had someone break into my house once and stole a PS2 and a Wii. And the police didn't want to deal with it. Because i had 'Known' the person. So thats definitely something that wouldn't be worth my time as the way our police station is. And i paid Instance Bank Transfer...
      I got this email on Jan. 12th

    13. The weather in Korea has been causing delays with all the companies. Hopefully with Catrina's move, US shipment will be sent directly from Limhwa. There is really no way to know what they are doing when they won't communicate.

    14. I don't think this move of Catrina's is ging to do anyone any good. :( Shes just trying to get out of all the money she owes. I wish Limwha had their own email address, And i hope they break off from Dollfair like Supia dolls did.

    15. It sucks that the police didn't want to help out after you had a break in. You may have more luck since you don't know Dollfair/Catrina personally. You paid a company for an item and the company never shipped the item and is ignoring you. That is fraud.

      There is still a chance your doll will arrive within two weeks, but you should not be ignored by Dollfair. Not when so much else is going on. Here is more information on how to file a police report and what to do after that. You have a better chance when grouping together with other people who filed against Dollfair. You may want to read through the blog I linked. There is more information there and you are not helpless. You still have options left to fight and get your money back or the doll.

    17. I really hope for you that the doll shows up soon since the Limhwa artist appears to be okay and making dolls, but stuff like this takes the fun out of the hobby. Good luck with the legal stuff. ^_^

    20. Don&#8217;t know if people have seen Limwha&#8217;s official site,
      but it seems that Leda is now available in tan resin.
      The photos of tan Leda can be seen in her website here
      (just click on Limhwa, they are the first two links on the top).

      She&#8217;s gorgeous in tan, too bad it seems like ordering her or
      any other Limwha doll will be an ordeal from now on. ^ ^;
