Both of Limhwa girls are so stunningly beautiful as well as your Iplehouse Asa. But My favorite is Leda. I was going to order a tan Leda last year but somebody order her first LOL. I end up buying a girl from another company. I'm planing to order an iplehouse Amy next month but I'm having second thoughts and considering to wait until they have more Ledas in stock at junkyspot.

Would you please take some comparison pictures of the Limhwa and iplehouse JID girl body?? I would really appreciate that. I thank you in advance for your help.

I am totally in love with Leda. I just posted a WTB. If nothing pops up I guess I will try ordering through the EOS site.

My partner has two Limhwa ToYou Saras, and they are just so lovely. I have a SoulDoll Metel, similar size but there is just no comparison in the sculpt. She looks like a bit like a gumby next to the ToYous! I think it's even harder to find nice mature tinies than it is to find mature MSDs!

I find it amusing and a little frustrating that all the Limhwa sculpts are so similar, even across different scales! I wish there was more variety. The doll bodies are really a cut above the rest, and I'd love to have more multiples, but it's awkward when so many of them look so similar. But it's still worth it for these lovely dolls, of course. I love the double-jointed body and high heel feet! Those are the only thing the ToYou is missing in my opinion.

I have only had Tiny size dolls before this because I love doing 1/6 scale props and rooms. I decided to get a bigger doll because I want a doll I can lavish my love for fancy clothes and lolita style on. I used to wear those styles myself, but I can't any more because of sensory problems. So I need some way to express it! This Leda will be how I do that. I love that she fits Unoa and Minifee clothes. Also I think a MSD size doll will be nice to cuddle with. :P

I am going to name her Ceri, short for Ceridwen, unless she tells me different when she gets here!

Waiting is so hard...

 

That's exactly what I think. I own a To You Sara (which I really love), but she keeps me from wanting a Sujan or Leda because the faces look rather similar. It would almost be like getting the same Mold in different sizes. =/
(I wish there was another boy sculpt, though. With a modern body like Sujan and Leda have, but of course with male anatomy. And with a more mature face than Mono.)

 

I just bought my Leda! I feel so lucky; someone responded to my WTB, and after not much waiting at all!
I hope to have her with me in a couple weeks. I'll post photos once I get her . I think she has not had any photos of her on the community before, so she is new to everyone.

 

Also, before I got a response from my WTB, I emailed EOSDoll to ask about orders. I no longer need to order from them, but perhaps someone else would find this response useful:

My Leda arrived!!!

Sorry for blurriness!

Her name is Ceri, short for Ceridwen.

I don't care for the wig she came with, and her wigs and clothes are still in the mail! So, better photos later.

I am very pleased with the good posing in this body. She is pretty flexible (with a few exceptions) and can hold most poses she can reach. I may hot-glue suede her in a few joints, but she already does a great job. Much better than the ToYou's, which hate to be in almost any natural position. Also, her body is GORGEOUS!! Such wonderful sculpting.

My only complaints with her body are the way she sits and the lack of flexibility in her hip joint, which are really the same problem. She can't bend her legs far enough forward to sit up straight. The position she is in here is as vertical as her torso can get! It looks natural when she's leaning against a cushion or her hands, but she can't sit in a chair (really :/ ) or without support. I am going to try carving some more room into the front of her hip joint to address this. She also can't move her legs to the side much at all (in the direction of the splits), but I think I will leave this be since it isn't as important to me.

Other mods I'm planning:
-ear piercing
-sanding off nipples so they don't show through clothes
-sanding down weird raised fingernails (they look like acrylics)
-repositioning fingers (one hand is especially creepy)
-sanding out the top part of her breasts a little, so they have more drape and weight
-sanding her cheeks for a more mature look. I'm going to wait on this, because I like her faceup and can't afford a new one for the time being!

Her resin shoes are OK. They show a little too much toe for my taste, and they do tend to fall off. I think think stockings will fix those problems. They do have a very nice heel shape. I am going to paint the shoes black and add some pretty ribbon.

Has anyone else fixed up the resin shoes so they look nice, or altered the hip joint? Also, I noticed that there doesn't seem to be foot measurements for her anywhere on the internet, so I'll take some this week. Any other measurement or photo requests? I have a Dream of Doll DoC I could take comparison pics with....

I'm getting used to her sitting abilities a little more. Her torso has to be in the crouched forward position and she only stays when leaning back on her hand, but it looks ok when she has clothes on. All in all, she is so lovely and I am very, very happy!

 

Allurose, congratulations on your new girl!! She's lovely, and I particularly like that wig!

 

After so long time waiting for her, I got my first girl 1 month ago. Her name is Lynette.
