1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

Limhwa 43cm (Leda & Sujan) Discussion Part 1

Sep 22, 2010

    1. She's absolutely beautiful, QuanaP! Congratulations!

    2. Hello Limhwa owners (and fans!), I have a few questions about these gorgeous dolls.

Leda and Sujan have double-jointed knees, but single-jointed elbows, correct?
Are these dolls still cast in French resin or are they now cast in urethane (or do you have a choice)?
Also, is it true that the normal skin dolls are now darker than they used to be?

      Thank you!:aheartbea

    3. I can answer the first two questions! Yes, their knees and elbows are double jointed. They have the style of joint that is hidden when the joint is closed.
The dolls seem to be available only in urethane resin now. You could contact them directly through the Limhwa/EOS website to be sure.
Not sure about the skin color, sorry!
They are wonderful dolls, highly recommended. :)

    4. Sweeeet, even better than I thought! Thank you! Now I want Leda even more:D

    5. Hi guys,
Thank you for all good feedbacks of my previous post. Now I wanna share my Lynette's next appearance. She became more mature and sexy.
Face up, costume, shoes, accessories... are done by myself! *phews*
Ah, and in this Album, please welcome my friend's Limhwa Leda in original artist faceup.
      Enjoy. ^^

    6. The dresses, jewelry and shoes are so beautiful and of course the dolls too.:)

    7. Both girls are Totally STUNNING !!!!

Are the shoes made on the Limwha shoe bases? If not, are they for sale for these dolls?

I own this style of shoes made for AM 22 Tonner model doll and sold on ebay.

They are a tight fit on the Limwha arched foot but look great on and the doll can “free stand” while wearing them.

    8. Oh, they're OOAK shoes, not made from Limhwa resin shoes, and just sold for Leda's owner.
Thank you ofr loving them. ^^

    9. Passionasfashion thanks for the shoes tip! I think I will get some of those.

Quanap your girl is so glamorous!

    10. QuanaP: your girls are super beautiful!

I finally can join all of you! I have a Leda and I buy her high heel shoes from Facts by Marcia (please forgive me if I speed it wrong). High heel that fit "Nare high heel" feet can fit Leda high heel feet! Look at Toner shoes section. There, some of them, will say Narae heel feet. Some thing like that. But, i only try the shoes on her heel feet only so I don't know for sure if she can stand on them. To me, personally, the fit is good and very beautiful too.

    11. Has anyone got the neck circumference for the limhwa body?

    12. I have all or most of the measurements in this photo:

Let me know if one of them is unclear! For the record, her high heel feet and regular feet are exactly the same length (5.5cm).

If anyone needs any other measurements, let me know! I'd be happy to take them.

    14. I just received my Limhwa Leda yesterday and she has already won "favourite doll award". She is just so pretty and the jointing is superb.

    15. Oooo...Sujan is so-so beautiful) Like her very much!

    16. My computer's being a pain for some reason so apologies if this gets posted more than once.

Just got a Sujan and she is amazing! Love everything about her. I had some questions, though. In the way of shoes for her heeled feet, Tonner works, right? But what line of Tonner, there are several different dolls, aren't there?

Also, would Iplehouse JID clothes and shoes fit her? She looks bigger than my minifee so I thought the clothes and heeled shoes might fit but I don't own a JID girl (yet).

Edit: Did anyone else figure out the hidden joint in her thighs? I bought her from Junkyspot, and the site pics didn't show this little feature. It's not just rotating. Similar to Iplehouse JIDs. There's a slot in the joint for elastic, so she can pull her knees up. She actually sits pretty well that way. :)

A recent pic of my Sujan, Vera :)

    18. Haha, I found this joint on accident. It totally blew my mind! This doll has very good engineering, except in the hips where she can't sit with her torso vertical.

    19. allurose, your beautiful girl has me really interested in these! and I am falling in love with Sujan! I love her sultry eyes, and their bodies are just gorgeous!

Does your girl have trouble sitting erect? Does she need to "slouch" in order to sit or is she a standing-up sorta gal?
