It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.       Has anyone heard from Catrina in the past few weeks? I think the last contact re Narindolls was back in November. I don't want to worry you but I do hope your Limhwa girls are being shipped direct from Limhwa and not Dollfair

      I've sent 2 more unanswered emails to Catrina/DollFair.

    6. Hey guys, I'm also very worried about my Leda order and another one I placed Nov 29 & Dec 7 respectively.

      Yesterday I wrote 2 e-mails, 1st to Dollfair & 2nd to Limhwa itself asking about the destiny of my orders.

      Today I got a reply from Limhwa, saying

      I haven't received order from dollfair yet.
      I have been expecting order.

      So now I'm even more confused and worried. 1,5 months are not enough to pass my orders to Limhwa? Incredibly fast communication, I'd say.
       
    7. Okay, my order placed on Oct 12th better not have been 'not sent' or I am going to be MAD :evil:!!! Argh!
       
    8. Miisu, this is really terrible news...if I'm reading this right it means that Limhwa has received no orders from DollFair even though many of us have sent orders in good faith.

      You might want to post this information to the Limhwa Waiting Room as well as the Narin/Dollfair Waitlist and Resolution thread.

    16. Someone warned me to do a charge back before 90 days. So I looked up the charge on my CC. It didn't post until 11/15. I think they held the order period open longer than expected, but it means I have a little time yet before I won't be able to complain!

    18. Just curious but has anyone else received either "shipping notices" or, more importantly, actual tracking numbers?

      The number I was sent does not work.

      edit In addition, I sent one last email to DollFair to all of the email addresses I know of...the one sent to [email protected] was returned to me with a notice that address does not exist.
       
    19. What I did was I went to Dollfair's site and i just filled out their little question thingy and they got back to me. From this e-mail address

      I wonder if that means they are gonna send me free high heel feet too? Assuming the shoes they mean are the high heel resin ones..or something. o.O;
