Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     2. Adriana- Yes she is sold in Normal Beige Urethane resin and White Skin Urethane resin also Tan Urethane resin too. Lots of choices besides the French Resin;)

    3. I have been scouring the galleries, trying to see the difference between regular and white skin urethane colors. Unfortunately, very few people mark the colors in their posts. Could anyone direct me to a comparison thread or post a picture for me please? Sometimes it is very frustrating trying to locate information, although for the most part there is plenty of it. I found one thread with lots of pictures, but only two were clearly labeled as to which color they were.
      I have a Mono boy in French resin and am getting ready to order a Luna, but I can't decide on color.

    5. sistercuervo: The Normal Beige urethane is more similar to the French Resin in color... it just doesn't have that translucency, but the artist tries to make it as closest as possible to the french resin... so the white skin is a paler one... I don't know if it was in this thread, or somewhere else, but Katrina posted one time a comparison shot of the normal beige and the white urethane resins...

      I have a normal beige girl, I decided to buy this color, since I had a french resin one and bought a normal beige afterward... I don't feel much difference...

    9. I was told there was a Yahoo discussion group for Limwha dolls. Could someone please point me in the right direction? I've searched the Links area and also looked through Yahoo groups, but have been unable to locate anything.
      There is a Flickr group for Limwha dolls, though, and a Yahoo group for Supia dolls.

    10. There's a subscription option on their update page where you can enter your email address (scroll halfway down).

      I think this URL will access the group directly, but the group is in the adult-restricted area so you will have to sign in/up for your Yahoo account first.

    12. limhwa and supia are very good friends (the sculptor/owners of the one-person companies).
      they egg each other on when it comes to sculpting, which is why the scuplts may seem related.

      they are separate companies and not officially related.:)

Just in case anyone is interested- I restrung my half elf today, as I have been having trouble getting her to sit properly (getting all those 'locks' to click in at the same time, plus the waist joint, while keeping the elastic in her thigh channels :...( ). I created two separate loops for each leg, instead of having only the one large loop shared between her legs. It has made such a difference, she is much more co-operative instead of fighting me all the time :) I also hot glued her waist joint & msc'd her while she was apart, the extra tooth really helps with posing too.

      Here she is wearing a Pumpkin Patch (kids store) Bear dress (taken in at the back):

    18. @Saba: Your Half-Elf is so beautiful! I still have this huge weakness towards her xO
      As for posing problems, hot glue sueding really helps A LOT! But there's also a little trick I found to getting Limhwa bodies to do better posing (this works on her elbow joints as well to make them bend further); once the legs are bent sit her down and push her knees inward, this should cause the butt locks to snap into place (if the legs aren't twisted in anyway ^^ )

      I just glue-sueded my girl yesterday at the waist and hips. That really helped, too. Any other ideas for the arms? She seems to have the Praying Mantis position as a fav. ;)
