Citrinepoint is actually a terrible influence, I can't stop playing with her girl every time I get to see her. Lily poses so amazingly. And... now I really want one myself. I was in the market for a Yo girl anyway, so once I finish saving up next month I'll be ordering one of these lovely girls from the Junkyspot. I'm leaning mostly towards LE at the moment.
A brand new Limho owner reporting in! I found a beauty from the marketplace and after a long debate with my wallet, he finally arrived home this morning. How come the world is not filled with these dolls, I cannot believe how beautiful he is. I still got a trouble figuring out his mold name, should I officially call him Limhwa Limho Aria or how does this go? I cannot wait to get to home from work to inspect him thoroughly and start taking pictures. He probably fits to all regular petite clothes I assume?
Yay grats on your new boy Kuchi! I can't wait to see photos! I have some I took of Citrinepoint's girl with one of my girls a few days ago, that I thought I might also share. I can't wait to get my Lele home soon.
There are three sculpts, Mimi, Dodo and Lele. When the boy was first released through Dollfair he was referred to as Aria Limho but he was/is the Dodo sculpt. Junkyspot just uses half the mold names, Mi, Do and Le, and then the boy or girl body.
Ohh I see now! Thank you so much for clarifying this. It always so wonderful to get to know more doll history. A new problem has arisen: I don't have even one wig suitable for my boy, all are way too big, even my smallest 6-7" one. I have to check which companies sell small wigs. Maybe I could find some shoes as well..
Welcome to the Limhwa Aria thread Kuchi! I'm sorry for my late reply. I wanted to make sure to say hello because I noticed this thread is a little slow. I didn't get any comments on my new doll until I posted a pic of her in the EOS doll thread (for the bigger dolls). I got this cute little short wig from Fa-Tiao wigs on eBay. It's actually the perfect length for boys. I really like Fa-Tiao too she's got great customer service. She sells shoes too! Lily with white bob cut by gamerchicksrule, on Flickr
This thread has been slow! My Aria Limho boy's favorite wig is by Narin! Look for A wig that is 6.5 inch max!
nancy_schroeder_c, thanks fot the tip, I will keep my eyes open! What an extremely cute wig and suits him so well. Citrinepoint, Thanks! And your boy is so handsome. I love the sweater! Here is the newcomer, we think he has been living in the streets for a while and doesn't seem to have parents at all. He has a bit of trouble trusting adults and he likes shiny and colorful things so much that he tries to keep everything he finds and hides them in his pockets. He hasn't told his name yet, but we're working on it.
Your new boy is so adorable, and I too love the wig on your doll too Nancy! I've got all my supplies for when my girl gets here and hopefully just a few more weeks now and she will be home. Here is another one of Lily, Citrinepoint's girl, because I just love taking photos of her!
I was able to order my girl today, went with Meme over Lele actually because I got her from the Junkyspot. She should hopefully be here by Friday. I can't wait to share her with you all as soon as she gets here! Edit: She showed up finally today, I'll hopefully have photos of her tomorrow at some point.
I finally got around to taking some photos of my own girl, Annie today! Here is my wonderful new girl!
I went to the Dairyland.com meetup with AlmySidaKay this past weekend and scored a new dress and a pretty pink wig for my doll Lily. Here's a picture! New wig by gamerchicksrule, on Flickr
I'm going over to Citrinepoint's house today, I'm really excited to take comparison photos between the two Meme's. So, hopefully photos later today! Here is another one I took of Annie in the mean time, with her friend Caroline who showed up on the same day she did.
Sorry about the double post, I forgot I had uploaded photos from that day. But I took a great photo of Citrinepoint's girl Lily, and my girl Annie together, and even though they are the same mold it's amazing how different they look!
I'm a firm believer that if Limhwa Tiny owners posted more pics and photo stories of our kids they would be more popular. I always get compliments and people curious about her sculpt when I bring her to Meets!
I had Annie with my other yo's and people were completely confounded as to what company she came from. I got a great photo of them all together last week.
