  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     5. I have a newbie question. When they say that their were only 10 of this doll released worldwide, do they really mean it? They don't use the mold after 10, or that they just put different clothes, or a different face-up? I've seen some insanely low numbers on some of the limiteds. How much should I believe?

      Some do come out in really low numbers...for example, CP Elf El came out in a batch of like 5 or something...

    8. There was, supposedly, 3 of the costumed Art Delf Elf El made.

      The 2004 Elf El edition (without clothes) numbered 68. (Same for Elf Shiwoo and Elf Lishe.)

      In 2006, Elf El was re-released for Christmas (as was Elf Lishe), but I don't know how many were made.

      It seems like, many times, the number refers to how many were made in a particular costume or make-up.

      Many popular doll molds have had second or third editions. ^^; So, no, I wouldn't buy a doll based on there being only so many worldwide. There's apt to be more, if he/she turn out to be popular.

    13. I just purchased a new limited edition doll from a Bobobie dealer, Jo is offering LE Bobobie doll called Bobie, she will be limited to 10-20 dolls, she costs $250 and is 19 inches tall.

      You can confirm this with Dennis if needed.

    19. I realize that I'm new at this, but I just don't understand, when it comes to the limited dolls, where they all go! Now, I know that when there's only 5 or 10, those are easily snatched up, but when there's 50 or 100, and they're sold out immediately........or sometimes even more, like 200 dolls, they're gone in an instant. Do they go to stores?? I know one website mentioned (when speaking of one of their limited dolls) that they had promised so many of them to a dealer........when they do that, do you think that this really gives a fair chance to all of us to get these rare dolls??

      I get SO frustrated when I go to all the different websites that sell dolls, and see nothing except "sold out" signs everywhere!! Does anyone else feel this way, or am I just not showing up at the right places at the right times??
