Looks like all in perfect condition, but idk how to wear those wigs, cos I never had like this before, Im afraid to damage it, cos noob :/ So maybe later will fight with his wigs again, no time at this week =.=

My Ying Zhou arrived today, and while I'm not able to do a full unboxing right now, I did look over the CoA and was wondering if anyone else's had some spelling errors? I'm personally not too concerned about it, but did have to do a double take looking it over

 

Ahhh my Can Jue came in!! I couldn’t be more excited! I got his fullset but guys send help lol I have no idea how to put this hanfu on!! If anyone has any advice or a how to on how to tie his robes or just hanfu for bjd in general I’d greatly appreciate cuz I’m hella lost. I wanna see him in his full glory

Have you checked if there are perhaps instructions in the certificate-paper thingies or if there is a - I call it 'layer guide' on the sale-page? they often have that.

 

Yupp just a restringing guide and general care. It’s all mandarin too so I have no clue what anything says lol. It’s my first fullset and never have owned any clothese like this I have zero clue lol

 

Wait I may have figured it out lol. I was getting bamboozled by the top because traditional ones you tie with strings on the side but the top doesn’t have. You are supposed to layer one side over the other and I was trying to find slits on the side. Turns out the slit is in the back lol. Anyway thank you for coming to my ted talk on how to hanfu lol

 

@I-M-G-M Ahaahah, that's evil! I know I always look for the slits as well XD But yes, once you get used to these it will go easier with each time. The first one I got took me over an hour to put on XD It's stunning and I love it, but... Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah XD
Didn't stop me from buying more thought, because the fantasy hanfu are just totally my taste

 

So I managed to get the top on and thought it was over but noo because I forgot the decorative coat came next lol so technically I’m still lost haha

 

I try to save the company's pictures so I can figure out the sequence of pieces!

 

Yes, saving company pics - front and back and side if possible to have any reference to go on - and then putting the outfits parts in a row as you think they should go on... That tends to help. Doesn't stop you from discovering you forgot one part, that you didn't even notice or were aware of existing, but at least the result looks good XD
(This happened to me with Ye Ying. There was a black vest that should have gone on his upper body first, but I only notice it when i got ready to put the shoes on and was like 'Oh. What's this?' followed by back and forth looking and finally going '... I'm not stripping him all the way again. Nope. This one stays OFF. Thanks.' )

That said, my tan Jiao Mu Jiao arrived.
Somehow I'm totally underprepared, but I still managed to magically conjure something up from 'left-overs' ^^°

It's a very pretty shade. I also got a 3rd hand, the dragon-horns and a blotting pad with chibi prints of some of their characters on it (I'm assuming the last is a gift because the order was during chinese new year).

I'm hoping to get some work done on/for her this sunday. She/they are going to be of dragonblood :3 and I'm thinking of dark blue hues and golden accents :3

I bought him on a whim but I can't be happier. He is forever gonna live on my desk just looking pretty I think. Hopefully I can make a character out of him

I need to get my Cang Jue some clothes lol but I'm knee deep in customizing my White Dragon Emperor Bai Di into his custom dragon form to go with my Black Dragon. Soooo much work but I think it's going to be super pretty when done. Clothes for my Cang Jue soon though! I'm also waiting for my Ji Shui Bao Leopard, cannot wait haha.

Yeah I really love him! Dang I almost got Ji Shui Bao fullset lol He and Cang Jue give the same energy but I was good and held myself back….F

Thank you haha and honestly Loongsoul really doesn’t have any business making all their dolls so pretty. I have already picked shells for my characters but man everytime I see an new Loongsoul boy I say I need them the moment I see them lol. Just cuz they look so pretty

 

@Snowy I am making my Bai Di into a half dragon form with a tail like the Black Dragon, some horns and some ear mods. I really really wanted him to have a tail lol but the dragon version only had special feets. I, wasn't too much a fan of the feet design on the White Dragon so I got the human version and decided to drive myself bonkers haha.

For my Cang Jue, he's going to be part of my little Barbarian horde gang but I'm not sure what I want him to wear. Probably leather and fur like the rest of the bunch but not sure the design yet. I'm working on the clothes for the Barbarian leader (a tan Ringdoll Zhou Yu) but my incoming Ji Shui Bao is part of the bunch too and yes I got him as a fullset! He's not here yet but I can't wait to take lots of pics. He and my Cang Jue are definitely fang boi cousins haha.

@I-M-G-M I was definitely weak as soon as I saw him. I held off for one day LOL I literally never considered Loongsoul before but after I got my Black Dragon I just have had a horrible time resisting

 

Ooh, she looks so pretty! That tan is a really nice color too! How does it compare to some of the other shades you have, if you don't mind me asking?
