Loongsoul Doll 1/4 doll discussion

@snowy: you can essentially get a faceplate but you also need a headback or something called that and there are some people who have made them - I've seen hybrids of unoa with MNF, Doll Chateau and Doll n Doll. I was wondering if anyone had tried making a hybrid of loongsoul and unoa

In other new I think I need to get my girl a new wig, because her current wig is to heavy and now she is giving me a hard time when I try to stand her up or pose her. I never had any of these problems with her old wigs before. Too bad because I really love her new wig looks on her. Also I order a LoongSoul LuoYue head so my Veronica soon will have a sister from the same company

Dumb question is dumb but, I was wondering what options of clothing do they have. There is only like three outfits available for the 1/4 body but I was wondering if there are other options

 

@astraldr0p: It's not a dumb question at all. I guess it depends on what chest-size your girl has. For the flat one, you can probably go with tops intended for boys. With the medium one probably for stuff that fits AoD and Minifees and for big chested... I have no clue XD
Guess the easiest way would be to compare meassurements and check if it's alike.

 

I also come here looking for clothing options for a large bust MSD... ^^; I just preordered a large buts NuanNuan, and I ordered a set of clothing for her, but I'm going to want to change them eventually... <<;;

 

I wish I could help both of you, but unfortunately I been having a hard time finding clothes that would fit my girl myself. She has the large bust option too. My girl currently only have 2 outfits. One is a dress made for a Robert Tonner Doll "DeeAnna Denton" , and her second outfit is from Iplehouse a JID size. But the one from Iplehouse is very lose and the one from DeeAnna very tight and long

hi guys! i have a quick question,when you ordered your dolls, do they come with eyes??? and is it possible to request a certain colour? i know some doll companies allow this....

 

Yes they come with eyes, but the eyes are random

Also You need to put the eyes yourself. I hate putting the eyes on is to difficult :P

You can request an eye color from any company, but it doesn't mean you'll actually get it. It's always a good idea to buy a back up pair, in case the eyes aren't the color you want. You can always sell the extras later, or keep them handy for another doll.

i was concidering either Momo or ChuChu but then i saw the little boy faces and wondered if i could just turn one of them into a girl because they are so gorgeously sculpted! i like how their eyes aren't quite as big as Chuchu's or Momo's but then i saw that you cannot buy their heads separately and got all sad :P oh well! have you got a loongsoul doll?

 

@RayHN: I think you can ask them to put the head on a girl's body thought. At least jeeryama (ebay retailer) has ordered me a Arthur girl without problems :3
I'm also getting a freebie head. Knowing myself... I'll be back in the waiting room after my girl and the head arrive to order the head a body ^^°

 

RayHN: I'm pretty sure Snowy is right - you can ask for a body swap. I thought about getting Wiliam on a girl's body actually. ^^; I don't have a doll yet; but I've placed an order for a NuanNuan. ^_^ So excited! It's my first preorder doll ever! (I get all mine second hand or in stock through dealers like JunkySpot). I debated a Momo or chuchu - Chuchu is just so incredibly cute! But NuanNuan has smaller eyes, which I like, since I wanted a more mature girl.

Snowy: congrats on your order! Haha. I'd be doing the same thing, if I could! Which head did you get; was it part of the Xmas event?

Do you have names for your girls? or Are you going to keep the company names?

 

My girl already has a name for when she comes in - two actually, so we'll see which one she keeps! Haha.

 

@JessiFlakes: I got William's head in NS ;P And thanks -^-^- I've been eyeing Loongsoul for quite some time but I my preferences lay in the narrow eyed heads so when I saw the boys being released and their neck sizes equal I was rather happy, because I've liked Arthur from the start - just not necessarily as a boy. And Williams swooned me over right from the start, but I'm a bit hesitant because of his open mouth and teeth, so I decided to try and see if he and I can get warm with each other after all seeing as I got him as freebie

@Mrfmg2003: Heh. I wish they'd ship soonish, but I'm not expecting Arcana (my girl's planned name) to arrive anytime before... March-May?

 

Snowy: Oh cool! ^_^ What are the chances I could get you to put that head on the girl body for us whenever you get her in? ;3 haha I loved William's face. ^^ I'm much the same - I tend to like narrower eyes, but sometimes I like big ones (I have a DZ Shoyo hybrid I love); I guess I'm kind of mixed. haha It was good you got him as a freebie! I love the open mouth and what not (I love dolls with teeth!) but I don't know if I'd want him/her to ALWAYS have that expression on. Do you really think they'll come in that quick? I wasn't really expecting the shipment till June... Have you ordered before/is yours a preorder??
