Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     1. @ aphtaiwan ~ It depends on the bust size. The smallest bust size should be able to wear normal MSD sized outfits. I think the bust for a medium is like 19cm. So... yeah you need something loose in the chest area. And Large bust would just need a custom made outfit. But that's just what I infer from the sizes given to us. I don't have my dolls yet but I got Celia and I had previously ordered NuanNuan in M size bust. So I can give you a better answer when the girls get in.

      @ EmmBee ~ Oh man! If I didn't have 3 dolls on layaway and payed in full I would have totally done what you did and just get more than one mermaid! Haha, I wish I could get fin swap. I really like the forked fin better but Celia's face was just too cute!

      I really hope that I get the ears that are in Celia's picture. If I don't I might cry!

    4. I ordered a Sibyl from jeeryama in all white, with transparent fins and wings! I'm either going to give her a nice dark green fish tail and wig and make her an Undine or go with white and gold accents and just highlight her pretty tail sculpt. I'll have to decide when I get her <3

    5. So you didn't get coloring in the tail? I'll bet that is going to look awesome! Whichever you choose to do with her tail, I'm sure it will look great...but I'm secretly hoping you go with the white and gold accents:D

    6. Nope! I wanted the tail to match the rest of her body, and I think (as a newbie) it'll be easier to paint if she's all one color. Plus, if I ended up with colored resin and then didn't like it I'd feel bad for painting over it. Since I don't know what I want yet, this is easier <3

    7. Oh my goodness, I'm head over heels in love with Lotus's face sculpt. Until now, I've been thinking of getting ChuChu, but I see her face as a tad too childish for my preference... Too bad I don't really care about mermaids, I'd like to start with just a normal human doll. But oh Lotus...
      *sigh* As LoongSoul limiteds have not really been running out that fast, I hope there will be some left when I finally allow myself to buy one. Maybe I'll grow to love the mermaid parts by then.

    8. Can't wait to see everyone's merfolk when they start popping up! I ordered Celia and Sibyl on layaway from MoC~ Too adorable to pass up. They'll have company with my Lion Elsa, and (Currently just a floating head) Unicorn Amalthea. :)

      I think the medium LS bust piece is similar in size to a DoD DoC mature girl's. I can see if I can get a pic, if anyone is interested.

    9. WOW...so in addition to all of the discounts I got, I received a message about my Lotus today. I got nervous...I mean, I completely paid her off already, and it's WAY too early for her to be shipped out, so what could it be? Apparently the shop is celebrating 10 years so I could choose FIVE free gifts!:o It just keeps getting better and better! Now I will have five more pairs of eyes to choose from for my girl to try on when I get her~

    11. :...( Sadly, it seems like the mermaids are not selling well. Even tho LS said the ordering period was over April 30th, they are still available on the site. Curious, I checked Mint on Card. The descriptions have the date pre-orders will be submitted to LS changed from April 30th to June 26th.

      The good news is those of you who want one, but couldn't afford it right now have some more time. The bad news is those of us who already placed an order are possibly looking at an even longer turn around time? I'm ok with that though, if it gets more of these lovely sirens made. I feel like LS went through a lot of trouble sculpting and engineering the tails, wings, etc, and I want to see that work rewarded with sales.

      ETA: Ok, umm... nevermind! It appears I was mistaken. I thought from the dates that LS did ordering periods, like Soom. Instead it turns out that April 1st through the 30th was only the EVENT period where ordering two sirens got you a free shell base or piggy fish. Since the sirens are all LE 60, it appears they will be available until all 60 have sold, however long that takes. It therefore makes sense MoC changed the date for submitting orders, since April 30th has past. Any new orders will be submitted June 26th.

      Well, that's a relief. XD

    12. Does anyone know if you can order one of the mermaids with a different tail style? I love Celia's head, but I want Lotus's tail style (in Chris' color) :sweat

    13. I asked MoC about body and head swapping, and they said no. You can change the tail color, but if you want a particular set of fins, you get the head sculpt that LS put with it. Probably your best bet for a swapped order is to try a split in the Marketplace for a Lotus and a Celia where you get the Lotus fins/wings (in Chris' color) and Celia head, and the other person gets the Celia fins/wings (their choice of color) and Lotus head.

      I really wish LS had done an option system where you could get one head, one tail body, and all three types of wings and fins, because I totally would have gone for that.

    16. Anyone have a picture of the real skin or know were I can fine one? I'm thinking of ordering Celia and I already have an LS tiny so I know what the Pink skin looks like but I can't decide what color to go with and I really can't find a picture of the Real Skin.

    17. Whut? You can't change the fin style? That's news to me. I mean, I didn't need it, but in the description of jeeryama (ebay retailer) you can clearly pick your parts and mix and match them as you want.

      As for me, I only have two layaways left. Given the production time of these mermaids, I think my little Lotus could be done about the time I make my final payment.

      Also I think the problem with the 'slow sale' is due to all these summer events. Even I hesitated a lot, because there was the chance that something could pop up that I would want even more. :P
      But that's the problem I face every year XD
