You don't have to thank me. You seriously did a great job with her face up. She looks beautiful. You really have talent. Sorry I haven't take any pictures of Veronica outside. I been really busy at work. I was going to do it today, but just my luck it was very windy outside.

So instead I remove the window drapes and took a picture of her.

I'm finally in the process of saving up for Ariadne's new body now! I'm happy that she's finally coming together in the way I always wanted to be--a sexy hipster girl. Too bad she's Dollmore white because I have to get her head blushed to match her new body. Ugh. But should I buy the body direct from LS or go through a dealer? What do you all think? Please help! Thanks. ^-^

I bought my Veronica from the official Longsoul Dealer on ebay Jeeryama and she was very pleasant to deal with. She answer all my question and keep me informed of the progress of my order. I have never bought from loongsoul site, so I don't know if they have a good service, but may be they do.

But I have a great experience with Jeeryama. I would said buy from a dealer, but that's my opinion

 

Thanks, MrFjmg. I love the Loongsoul MSD body (large bust of course for Aria), but I couldn't part with my DMK Asha completely, so---HYBRIDIZE!!! lol-plus I hate her kid body. and the 1/4 Longsoul body is the best. It pose great and is very light. I love my little girl so much. The big bust option looks AMAZING. I love her huge boobs.

Your girl is very beautiful. I love her face sculpt so much and I'm 100% syre she will look great with her new body

Gothic-Diurnal-Hime, I'd personally prefer dealer (jeeryama on ebay) - for on my experience their communication is clear and easily understandable which made my mind easier to know that if there came any problems, they'd understand (I have not contacted LS ever in my life so i don't know how well they speak/write English) : )

And congrats on deciding to buy this lovely body of LS It really is purely just simply lovely 'tho I think it's just a bit heavier than minifee :'D but just slightly, she's still very light : )

When I decided to get LoongSoul girls I was going to order through the company but I found the website to be a bit confusing. I ended up ordering my YingYing through jerry from ebay and Moc for my bigger girl. If I were you, I would go with Jerry for faster delivery time because I know MoC won't send in their order till March 29. Hope that helps!

 

Of course you have an extremely cute hat Yae and the outfit is very pretty and warm for the winter.

I wish Loongsoul would come out with more 1/4 sculpts! I heard they are raising their prices which is kind of scary considering they are already on the higher end of prices. I have some bigger girls coming home but no 1/4 yet since I don't love either sculpt they have out at the moment. MoC says the price rise will be end of February or really soon after and they aren't open for orders until they get back from China. It would probably be a good idea to order from Jeery before the price hike. Their minis are already $260 so it's kind of crazy that the price is going to up from that.

Thank you!! I'm so excited for Aria's new body. I plan on buying from Jeeryama soon, but if the price increase at the end of February, I think I should be okay. Does anyone know by how much the price is increasing? I need to plan accordingly.

I actually thought that LS Bud -line was quite affordable - for MNF for example is a way higher (397USD in a'la carte) and doesn't pose even nearly as well - I've been thinking that LS price is a real bargain, even if their resin is more plastic like than, for example, MNF (I have to use it as an example, I don't have other minis... sorry x'D)

But it is just my opinion - of course 260USD is a big load of money... I've just paid so much more for dolls so my "highest price I'd pay for MSD" is quite high...

Gothic-Diurnal-Hime, I don't think that their price will increase "too much" I don't think that it goes over 300USD - 'tho it's just a lucky guess.

 

Ah I guess I'm used to minis being around 200 since most of my minis are less than 200 with only my chicline being more. I think their prices are reasonable now but I can imagine they probably would raise mini prices to $275. Their 1/3 dolls are already $440-$500 which i think is reasonable but it will raise higher. Including shipping these dolls are going to be very hard to afford especially if they are full sets.

I considered an OT LE fantasy doll from them but the price was as high as it would be for a similar doll from a very famous fantasy doll company that is known to have incredibly high prices. In the end i just hoped they would produce a non-fantasy version since I like the headsculpt a lot.

At this point I have OT size LS dolls coming in and I was waiting to see what they would do with their new mini line but if they raise their mini prices I doubt I will get more LS dolls in the future unless there is an amazing one I just can't pass over.

Invie, I don't know, if this is my place to say this but I can hardly ever find good/poseable/working minis with less than 300USD (but I basically demand double joints, two joints on torso and good head movement, thick resin so it won't crack, etc.)

I'd really like to see what kind of dolls they offer (and 'coz I'm a little sponge to gather information about other companies). You never know where you find your next "doll-love", right : D

And if they raise their price only for 15USD I can not see any difference - I don't think that 15USD would be any problem to me, when the price is already over 250 but still not over 300 (without the shipping). (again, only my opinion)

I have always considered SD to be above my price range - for every SD I'd like to have is over 500USD, always to 1000USD :'D (I have expensive taste - yes?). And I've never seen any SD's to pose as well (or as easily) as minis - so that was a big problem for me too (I have Elfdoll's Sooah and she's not a poser at all...)

And Fantasy Dolls are always expensive, especially the more work it takes to complete one. All the garments, face-ups, body brushing, completing the whole doll - not to mention the work that went to make the prototype... So I can understand prices being so high and I can not blame the company for it - they do it so they could make a living for their family etc. : ) (Haha, I always justify high prices of the pretty dolls like this x'D It makes it easier to buy something so expensive~) Which fantasy doll company you're thinking? : D I'd love to know what kind of dolls they have!

And their mini line is quite new, if I've understood correctly - since they've only got 3-4 molds in total so far - I hope that they're gonna do a naturally medium bust (to be between small and medium they sell now) and I'd really wish a more "asian like" face for their minis : D Oh, and spare hands! like fists and so on~ (AND CLOTHES! They'd really should sell clothes too, their garments are so nice!)

Yae prefers Avicii-Levels - way cooler than some child's songs!

 

MrsDiablo: Um, I tend to prefer human lashes because they look better on a faceup to me, last FOREVER, sturdy and cheaper and better made than most dollie ones (if you know where to look). I just changed Aria's pair tonight because I wanted to and the last time I did change was 2010 on her arrival day. Her dollie ones were damaged in the shipping. My favorite types to use are the Revlon ones because are made to be more light on the human eye if you glue them on, they "bounce back" easier and easier to clean too. MSC just wiped off on human ones but get that stuff on dollie ones, and they are as good as gone.

 

Maaru: I'm a info sponge too and I have to this even though it's a bit OT. It has a point. Minifees are EXTREMELY posable, but I admit that you have to play around with them to figure out the whole system. It's hard at first but worth it but for the price---you get what you paid for. I love my Minifee but I also love double-jointed systems on dolls, so I'm VERY picky. She can do poses that not of my other dolls can do. But they do break the bank sometimes. LS is a amazing bargain despite the price increase, but the basic rule in this hobby--you get EXACTLY what you paid for. Minifees used to be about $262 when they were first released on the Beautiful Line but since that time, their popularity increased tenfold and then some. They had the price increased after the first popularity spike to $362 but only because they introduced the Active Line body which is a better body in comparison to the Beautiful Line and then again last year due to production lines staff and better quality control. More posing mechanisms calls for more money for production and attention to detail. It's very possible that the price increase LS is doing is for two reasons: keeping up with Fairyland and other companies and a new revised version of the body in the future aka a new generation. I'm sorry if I sounded rude. I don't mean to be.

 

I love Yae new outfit. She looks great in that top and love her skirt and tights Sorry I don't join you on a picture Spam but I haven't got any new outfits for my Veronica yet or a wig. I will order her wig around March 10 when i get some money. I finally decided I like how she looks as a dark blond girl so I will keep her hair color like that instead of the red I had plan for her. Also I like her dark green eyes so she no longer will have blue eyes :p

Well the increase price isn't to bad. I'm thinking of ordering another girl, but it won't be till sometime closer to summer.

Price increase!

I DID see the detailed price change chart SOMEWHERE but I forgot where I saw it ^^'' All I remeber that the price change was not anything special (if I understood correctly, the price increase did not affect this normal/old resin type?)

What comes to the new resin - did they mention that it was French resin? : / I can't wait to see the comparing pictures of their skin colors : 3

I wonder when does they launch new MSD head TT___TT NuanNuan looks so adorable and if their new resin has the shade I'd like, I think that I might order a new doll from them when my current layway is payed
