Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases.     2. My Batchix girl Digit was love at first sight. I'd never even heard of Batchix until I saw a confession about her dolls on Tumblr and checked them out. Within half an hour I'd bought a mini machina delta in white :p She's still waiting for her body blushing and faceup though. Oops?

    3. Iplehouse Felix for me. I fell in love with Felix in first sight and have been trying to save up for him since. I also fell in love at first sight with Iplehouse Aria. Currently I have ordered her on layaway! hehehe

    4. I fell madly in love with two sculpts and I just had to have them. Mnf Siean and Mnf Juri '11. I found them both as heads and they currently share a body.
      I think Siean is the most incredibly beautiful sculpt I've ever seen, and with Juri '11, I just have to look at her and she makes me happy.

    5. Most BJDs that appear dark and mysterious, will give me that "love at first sight" feeling. DollClans has this effect on me. I also fall hard for any sculpt that's made in grey resin. :aheartbea

    6. When I first opened Mitsuko (Magical Angel Amiee) she was wigless, eyeless, and naked, but I loved her immediately. She is just like the character she was meant to shell, and I find myself spoiling her at every opportunity.

      I didn't fall head over heals with Suigintou (Little Monica Angel head) until I did the face up (that I now have to touch up before the convention next weekend) and started calling her by name instead of just calling her Angel. I can't wait until she has a body so I can cuddle her properly!

      It was Den Shi's doll at that time. I followed all posts and so on...

    9. It's funny to think that I fell in love at first sight for several dolls, but just realized that I loved them some time later.

    11. I saw impldoll had an event and being nosy, checked out all of their dolls. When I saw Avery my heart just clenched and pulse raced. It was love at first sight and I ended up ordering him later that day. Only time I have ever felt like that.

    13. Oh yes! The doll I'm going to buy now was like that. It doesn't happen very often, so I usually rely on this to decide which doll to buy. I really have to fall in love with it to decide to spend such a large amount of money.

    14. I think mine was the tan MNF Chloe to be honest. At the time, I thought that I'd never be able to afford/own a Fairyland doll...and look at me now. Got two comin' in, and one of them is a tan Chloe. XD Lucky me~!

    15. Not for me. There are quite a few BJDs that I'd like to bring home, but none were an instant "I have to have you!!" It took me more than a year to fall in love with my Lati Yellow Sunny, and then another 7 months just to decide to order her. There are other sculpts that I really enjoy, but I can't say that I've ever looked at a BJD and immediately thought "yes, you need to come home with me." The prolonged planning, waiting, and falling in love period is really fun for me, though! I don't really mind that I have a hard time falling in love with a BJD. :)

    16. Yes! I fell in love with the doll I'm waiting on! It was a huge expense to me, so I waited a bit to see if I really did like the doll. But when the company decided to limit the doll, I jumped at the chance haha

    19. Two of them were. My first doll, who I bought from a friend. I saw Fawn on her blog, fell in love and when she decided to downsize her collection, Fawn came here. The second was my PKF Mio. I saw her on eBay and pretty much hit the "Buy It Now" button at the same instant.

    20. My Iplehouse Lisas (fullsets from The Addiction series) -- I had barely even heard of BJDs, and was just beginning to do research, but that doll really grabbed me. I wanted to buy the fullset in every skin color IH offered! The budget wouldn't allow that, of course, and I only have the two versions that were pictured when she was introduced, but I love them dearly.

      And there's a freakstyle BJD that I am absolutely in love with, and plan to purchase the minute it becomes available. (Hopefully this year!)
