  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     3. Oh yes! It took forever to find that perfect doll but once I knew -- I knew. I literally had a dream about her before realizing that I absolutely had to have her. All the apprehensions and nail biting price go out the window when you just know.

    4. Celine was my first BJD love! She's mine now :D Around the same time, I saw Dreaming Doll Airi and I adore her. I've fallen for many Iplehouse dolls, and quite a few MNFs, which were definitely love at first sight. I feel like if I have to convince myself to like the sculpt, I actually don't. So for me, I don't think I'll ever get a doll that didn't make me go "Wow, must have!!" at first glance.

    6. It was love at first sight when I saw someone at a convention with the Coloara Mlezzlir sculpt from B&G's The Old World line. I bought him 3 weeks later. I just started collecting a few months ago, but he's still my one and only doll.

    7. For myself, it was love at first sight when I saw a friend's Migidoll and after checking out their other sculpts, I fell in love with Migidoll Ell who I ordered right after I managed to save enough money. He is with me now! :aheartbea I totally understand the feeling! :D

      She was the really 'love at first sight' bjd. Though as soon as i'd make her OC, after a few weeks I made some for all the other ones that I had spyed :) (7 in total)

      As far as dolls I DON'T have - IH Leonard. Totally regret not just getting him :(

    11. Well, I've seen a lot of dolls and they were semi-love at first sight, but I've never had the money to purchase one. Two weeks ago, I purchased my first doll, but I can't say that was love at first sight. I mean, I saw the doll and I thought it was cute, but I liked another doll from that company, I was pretty darn skeptical. I eventually drifted away from that company to look at other dolls. I finally went back and tried to figure which doll would look better. I was looking at the company pictures only. One day, I googled some out of the company pictures and I instantly fell in love with the doll I purchased. I never stopped looking at those pictures. I absolutely adored them.

    12. I couldn't handle it! I had to have her immediately! I bought her asap the following day and then saw owner photos of her on facebook. Gosh she is soooooo gorgeous. The hands were so beautiful. I made the right decision. I am definitely going to love her.

    13. My first love was a Minifee Mirwen but that was when I barely knew of any companies other than Fairyland. My current love is a Luts Terra. I knew from first glance that he would perfectly embody the character I have in mind for my first doll, plus he's so beautiful.

      it was until like 8yrs after i got into bjds for real
      in love with latis and kikipop which require no restring at first and now body makeup

    15. Peakswood's Hucky - Christmas version was my love at first sight. I just love everything on him, especially when he's in Dollheart outfits. However, it was too late to have him since he is no longer available for order and I couldn't find anyone selling him up til now ;_; !!!

    17. I think it might have been each of my grails I got over the years (but later got bored with lol xD)

      I'm not sure, but i think Crobi Lance was such a doll that I fell for, but then fell out, when got into more realistic sculpts. Nowadays, when back to liking dolly, chubby and big-eyed faces - I'm back into Lance :)

    20. The first one I really fell hard for and knew I had to pre order him was a Ringdoll Carlos LE. At the time I had never spent that much on a doll but I couldn't stop looking at the promo pics. The wait was so long and I was so nervous that something could go wrong with my order. I was so relieved when he finally arrived.
