well the heads were available for a short time for $200 right? I think that's a fair price but I'd like to see how much she'll go for on the second hand market first

And I hope I get white skin! I don't think there'd be any harm in people trading for a head of a different skintone, even if Luts doesn't want them to be sold.

Looking at the notice on the Japanese site, it seems that they have a certain amount of heads they'll send out, and if they run out then the promotion will end early? But there have to be at least 200 of them, I'd say, if you account for all the Breakaways and Tanned Els, besides all the other dolls they've sold since the first. Which is a lot compared to any of the LE elves, which had 68 each for sleeping and awake heads (and another 68 for elf Lishe). So I don't think she'll be that hard to get ahold of, especially since a lot of people getting the head really weren't planning for it any may not want to or be able to afford to get it a body.

That is so nice of Luts though! And they've added the X-Mas Mary Janes to the site too, they're very cute.

 

Layaway should be possible as long as your payment is confirmed by the 25th, in other words, you complete your payment. At least that's what I understood from Liria's thread;

"Minimum purchase of $470 is required and payments must be confirmed by December 25 to be eligible for the free gift."

 

see that's what i was thinking, and I'd definately have all of the money by then.
I e-mail luts though to make sure.

 

Does that mean they accept layaway or no? Are they trying to say that the full payment needs to be submitted within a week or that some kind of payment (like first installment of layaway) needs to be submitted? I am leaning towards the first. :confused:

I placed my order last night, and got an email this morning. It's shipped! WOW!
My new girls & Juri head should be here by the 14th. I can't wait to get a close look at the sculpt. I'm going to be very busy doing 3 face ups.

 

I just ordered a Soony for a friend! So I am getting the Juri head too! I am so exited! I´ve been looking for a shell for a certain character and not been able to find her! And then Juri shows up!! It´s so sweet her name is JUL, just pronounced japanese :P (Jul means Christmas in my language)
I will pay in a few days and hopefully it wont be too long!! I really hope they don´t run out of stock or something! I WANT HER! But I think I am getting her now! I am really happy, she is PERFECT!

BTW - I really HOPE I get white! I can live with normal, but if anyone gets a white and are dying to get a normal (and I get that) let me know, I´d be willing to trade ^^
