No problem = no communication.

Luts shipped sooner than expected, after about 25 working days.
* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
I bought during the event, so the dolls was only 350$. The quality isn't perfect but it's all right for that price.
* Did the item look like the sales pictures?
Yes, I quess.
* Were you satisfied with the product?
I ordered the doll just for the body and it's fine besides one very noticable seam line on the neck-- it's the only seam line on the body that it's so noticable and it's in the worst possible place. I was planning to sell the head and the second time I opened it three out of four magnets fell out >__< I had to glue them back in by myself which I did wrong... I am rather annoyed right now.
* If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
Nothing can be done here, I quess... I don't belive they would send me a new head just because I glued the magnets in a wrong way and the head cap doesn't work because of that. I am not going to ask.

* How was the communication? Very good! I wrote once about my order status and once about combine shipping. Dianne answered every time in the next day and was very sweet and helpful

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Yes! Yes! Yes!

* Were you satisfied with the product? Yes, absolutely. Doll is perfect, wig, eyes and shoes looked a lot better in real life, than on the pictures.

* How was the communication?
Perfectly fine, they notified me when my order was confirmed and then when it had shipped.
* How easy was it to pay?
Extremely easy through their CC system

After 15 business days
* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
This is an expensive hobby so a certain price tag is going to be expected. I do think that given the price range all these dolls fall into, the price is appropriate.
* Did the item look like the sales pictures?
The wigs did for the most part, save for some stray hairs, as did the shoes, but soony's official face up looks nothing like the default luts is giving her. I'm happy about that though. C:
* Were you satisfied with the product?
The face up is extremely well done and has much more depth and detail than the official pictures. My only qualm is with the boy pair of shoes, the soles actually slope so you have to bend the knees of the doll to them to stand upright in the shoes--which isn't always easy with delfs. Overall, the wigs are of great quality and the bodies were strung perfectly! They aren't terribly kicky and can pose better than my other delf by a long shot.
* If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
There's really nothing they can do except refund me and I'd rather just keep them instead of going through the hassle of returning them (which I think is impossible at this point anyway).

Definitely.

Yes, and have done so twice now. I bought a nanuri07 and JuriA07 heads from the market.

They answered in two days, but actually solved my problem in one day - I'm very satisfied with the communication^^

* How easy was it to pay?
I had some problems with using their CC system. While I was in the process of paying, the system must have crashed, because my order wasn't registered on their site, but my money was taken off from my CC. I contacted them immediately with my order details so that way they were able to recover my order the next day. Still...I don't think that I'll try direct CC payment on their site in the future - one sleepless night was enough^^

They shipped the next day (the same day my order was recovered in the system)

Absolutely.

Yes, totally. The pants are even better!

Excellent! I even messed up when ordering makeup and wanted a wig change during the middle of the order and they fixed everything.

* How easy was it to pay?
Pretty easy, I forgot that it takes 3-5 days to confirm payment when you use paypal instead of their CC system. If I remembered I would have used that.

* How long did it take to ship?
47 days (not sure how many business days but its pretty good considering they had a week break). It actually arrived 4 days before expected delivery date, thank you ems lol.

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Yep

Better then picture!

She shipped out on Friday so it was really less than 2 weeks.

The quality on everything was fantastic as it tends to be with Luts.

Very much so. Luts even included a pair of earrings for free with my girl which was incredibly kind of them.

Of course. Half of my collection is either from Luts directly or from DOA's marketplace. The quality has always been stellar.

Being my first doll I didn't know what to expect. The quality is beyond what I ever imagined.

How easy was it to pay?
After reading up on the ''Wire Transfer'' thing, and teaching myself how to use Paypal, it was easy peasy.

How long did it take to ship?
It shipped on the 29th, which was 16 days after payment, or only 10 business days!

Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Definitely yes! Admittedly, I’ve had no other doll to compare my boy to, and I may still be in a state of awe, but...wow, I’m amazed by the detail and the quality!

Once again, I may be in a state of awe, but hell yes! He looked so perfect!

* How was the communication?
Excellent. They are always checking their Q&A board I rarely had to wait more than 12 hours for a reply. Always friendly too!

* How easy was it to pay?
With Credit Card it was really simple. They do have some security precautions with them though, so i did have to send ID to prove it was my card, but i appreciate the extra care they took when handling my order and ensuring my buying safety.

* How long did it take to ship?
Exactly 18 buisness days, MUCH sooner than i thought it would since their predicted wait was 35 to 45 days!

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Oh definately, he is a beautiful bjd, i was stunned when i actually held him for the first time.

* Did the item look like the sales pictures?
No it was better, the pictures are beautiful but once you see the softness of some of the colors the camera cant capture you really become enamoured with it.

Yes i am, the only thing that was wrong was his strings were a little loose, but that could have been from a rough shipping i guess? Either way they have a wonderful tutorial right on the luts site on how to restring their dolls. So it wasnt a problem.

Yes, except that the pictures of the Miyu modeled on the website have different hands on than what it actually comes with (however, it shows the ones it does come with in a separate picture - pointer hand and open hand) - I clarifed this on the Luts Q&A before I ordered though so I knew to get extra hands
