      * How was the communication?
      There wasn't any involved outside the email notification that my order was received, and that it had been shipped. I'd been spying on the items for some time, and with the order of my doll in place I decided to go ahead and order some other items as well. I clicked, paid, and waited. :)
      * How easy was it to pay?
      Exceedingly so. Click, enter credit card information, click pay, get confirmation. All done!
      * How long did it take to ship?
      Being simple items, they shipped the next day (a Friday), and were at my house by Tuesday.
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Absolutely. I couldn't believe the quality of everything when I opened it. Such nice fabrics used for the clothes, and the details were immaculate. Working pockets, the pants and shirt open like real sized counterparts. I want clothes in my size of this quality!
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Better. I was worried about the emblem on the sweater in the picture because it didn't look quite as nice as I wanted on the site. When it arrived I was very satisfied. The emblem was embroidered with gold and silver thread which might have not looked so good in the picture.

      Very much so.

      I had no complaints. They had nothing that needed solving.

      Provided the items had been cared for by the previous owner, definately. I'm cautious when buying anything second hand.

      Kinda great. I say this, because apparently the Luts email does not agree with AOL, and so I did not receive any supposed emails. Had to log-on to the website and check my status, then communicate through their forum.

      Easy.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      Super, super fast. Not sure if I was lucky, but it was shipped by the following day because they had a NS Yder in stock already (no face-up). Was estimated to arrive in about a week, and it came 5 days early!

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Well, yes, as far as doll value goes. Very well made, though for the price I would've liked his seams to be done.

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Yup, though the wig is a lot thicker and poofier.

      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      Very. Although I had to buy different eyes. His random ones just don't fit his character.

      The misplaced order - see below for explanation - came on 28th September. The correct order arrived on 9 Oct.

      LUTS actually sent the wrong doll the first time, my order was mixed up with another DOA member's. I received a Kdelf Hodoo and she received my El. Definitely didn't look like the pictures!

      Not at first. Later on when my correct order arrived, most definitely.
      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
      Dianne was wonderful in communicating when it came to solving the problem of the mistaken delivery. She gave clear and detailed instructions on how to ship the Hodoo back to them and kept me dutifully updated with my El. Although there was no communication on their Thanksgiving weekend, she updated me the Monday after that the EL had been delivered back to them, and she sent out a new tracking number for me on Wednesday, the doll being shipped out on Tuesday. Overall, I am very happy with how they solved it.

      At first I wasn't sure, cause this El is my first doll and it was a terrible thing to happen to a first doll, but I think I will again, because if something happens I know that they will help me fix it.

      Very much so. The face-up is close to the one displayed in the photos.

      Well, I had ordered the only HDF sized milk white wig they had, but they informed me later that there was a complication with the product (it was stained) and that I would have to choose a different wig. I told them the white hair was important to the character, but they had no other white wigs, so I chose a wig for a different doll.

      However, to my surprise, Luts sent me a white wig with my Pitta, in her size! ^^ So, she still got her white hair. I was very pleased.

      Very quick both times! The doll was shipped out in ten days and the order of wigs and things was shipped out almost as soon as I placed the order- which was actually kind of annoying as it meant I couldn't add a pair of hands to my order.

      Hmm. I think so. I do think for that price they should sand the seams- Teal has some shocking seams on his legs- but overall the resin is very sturdy and good quality, as are the wigs and eyes.

      Well, he was naked and bald and blank :) but I dont think the pictures on the site do El justice. He's an absolutely beautiful mould.

      Yes. He's gorgeous :) but I did ask them to pierce his ear, and they forgot.

      Well, they couldn't really. I wasn't prepared to ship the head back to have a hole put in it, so nothing happened.
