I'm happy with the price! But it's always better to be cheaper in the customer's view...lol

Zuzu Delf Shepherd Wolffy, ZDF Cozy Set in red, ZDF Pumpkin Pants in black dot, wig DW-234 in Cherry. Received the Winter 09 event head as a gift.

* When did you order?
November 18, to get in on the event.

* How was the communication?
Typical of ordering directly from companies: order and shipping confirmation emails.

* How easy was it to pay?
They let you pay via Paypal, so it was pretty easy.

* How long did it take to ship?
It shipped exactly one week later, to my surprise! They got it out so quickly, even though I'm sure they were bogged down with event orders and items.

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Yes, the doll, head, and wig are great quality. I wish the Zuzu clothing had enclosures in the back so I wouldn't have to take my doll's head off to get shirts on. But other than that, the clothes are wonderful.

* Did the item look like the sales pictures?
Even better--they really should show off Shepherd Wolffy's freckles in their photos!

Very much so!

Yes, the price from what I paid is a worth.

Yes, as per my request, I asked them to help me to do the face up according the model photos and they did what I requested which I am really happy for it.

Awesome! I had a few questions and there was a little problem with the credit card (because I used a friend's one, and not mine, and because of our different names.), but LUTS answered my questions very quick and without any problems C:

Very easy, even with the little credit card problem, which got solved very quick by LUTS.

Not even a month! They send them out around 22 days after ordering.

* How was the communication?
The communication was okay, their english was a bit difficult to understand and we had some miscommunications as a result that delayed the process.

* How easy was it to pay?
Difficult. I was paying for the order with my credit card and having it sent to my boyfriend's work with his name on it. I had to verify my identity by scanning in pictures of picture id's and my credit card to the company. I understand this is to prevent someone from buying a doll with a stolen credit card, but it was really frustrating. It took 5 days to verify my payment.

* How long did it take to ship?
about 3 weeks, I don't have a record of the day it came in

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
The price was a bit steeper than I had intended to pay because of shipping charges and a surprise charge from my bank. The quality was pretty good. There were a few bad mold lines on him, but other than that he's beautiful.

* Did the item look like the sales pictures?
Yes, sans the outfit and face up

* Were you satisfied with the product?
Yes, I love him. At first I thought I had not gotten what I had ordered, but I looked back at my research and realized that I was thinking of the wrong doll. XD I do think the eyes he came with and the size they say he wears are too big for his head, but that's probably just personal preference.

* Would you order from this company again?
Not right now and I'd have to think long and hard before I did. Partly this is because of the fee I found out my bank charges on all out of country transactions, but mostly because they never sent me an email saying my doll had been shipped nor did they change my order status on their website, so from the day my payment was confirmed to the day my doll arrived I never knew he had even been shipped. Also, they put NO NAME anywhere on the box. I sent the box to my boyfriend's work place and if he hadn't passed by at the right time they might have dammaged the doll or returned it to sender because it had no name on it!

* Would you buy this company's products second-hand?
It depends upon the seller and quality of the product. I am always open to buying second had items to save money, I just wanted my first doll to be new.

Yes, product is of very high quality. Resin, sculpt, stringing and faceup are of high quality. Joints on the type 3 body is flexible, more so than I had expected.

Excellent. Payment was confirmed quickly, and when I needed to change shipping address (from office to home) they were very quick to respond and reassure that she would be sent to the right place

Shipped on 16 December 2009 - so very quick! Took a while to arrive but that was due to holiday season and no fault of Luts!

I don't really have a basis for comparison here as she is my first BJD, but I would say absolutely. She is beautiful, the faceup is gorgeous, and the resin/finish is, as far as I know, perfect. The random wig and eyes, although not colour/style of my taste, are also very good quality. I also got the Winter event head which is STUNNING!

I love her so much. I didn't like the wig/eyes she came with but these were random so, that's just my own taste I love the event head too and will def use it if I decide on a bigger doll in the future

Absolutely, I plan to. It was a wonderful first experience ordering from a BJD company and the quality and beauty of my little girl confimed that this is a hobby I want to get into!

Only if it was a doll/accessory that was discontinued. But that is just my preference to buy new, no reflection on the quality of the doll.
