      LUTS shipped my order out on 8th April, Thursday, which is real quick considering they're having an event sale. The order came today at noon.

      M'not really picky with quality unless it's really terrible, but I have to say LUTS stuff are of very nice quality, especially their shoes.

      For the Nicole set and the tool etceteras, yep. The shoes look even better.

      * When did you order? 18.3.10, it arrived a week earlier than the date they gave. :D

      * How was the communication? I was stressed about the arrival of the doll and sent them an email about it, they were very nice in their answer and everything went well.

      * How easy was it to pay? VERY easy. So easy it made me worry I might be doing it wrong.

      * How long did it take to ship? it took them about 25 days to gather the products, and only a week or so to get it to my front door in Israel!

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Very. The doll is lovelier than she seemed in the photos, moreover the arrangement it came in was beautiful. The doll was cushioned between two thick pillows and covered with bubble-warp on her more fragile parts (head, hands etc).

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? She looks ever better in real life! <3

      * Were you satisfied with the product? So satisfied I'm having second feelings about giving her away (She was bought by me and 31 other friends as a birthday present for a good friend of ours)...

      Well, this is my first doll wig, but I'd say it looks like pretty good quality. I just need to learn how to care for it.

      Yeah. It needs to be brushed into place to get the same shape over the forehead area. The color (Natural Black) looked a little more brown on the site pictures than the one I have, but it is a dark brown, which is what I wanted.

      I haven't really taken it out of the hair net yet, but yeah, it's pretty much what I expected.

      Yes, I've only had 1 RSN from luts and she was a gross color IMO, he was from a much nicer batch and no bubbles or thin spots in any of him or his extra black resin parts.
