      They responded immediately through their Q & A board at first, but got quite a lot slower later on (they had an event) and gave me their straight-out-of-a-template answers about 35 - 45 working days when it was nearing the estimated deadline and I asked how long I'd have to wait. Didn't really affect my order though.
      * How easy was it to pay?
      Either credit card or paypal. But there's no clear indication that Paypal was an option (it's called something else which I forgot)so I paid via credit card for my boy and there were horrible exchange rate fees. Urrgh. I learnt about Paypal from my fellow LUTS customers later on and paid for my boots with it. The transaction was hassle-free too.
      * How long did it take to ship?
      He shipped on 30 July. That was within the deadline that I worked out after taking everyone's advice to leave out Saturdays and Sundays. But I wish LUTS had stated clearly that when they said 35 - 45 days, it means working days. Because this statement is rather misleading to people who are new to LUTS.

      When I first paid for my order and asked for their confirmation, they replied rather quickly. Only when during their event, their reply was slower but eventually, they will reply.

      My order shipped on the 23rd of July, so that took exactly 40 days.

      I think the price is very appropriate. The quality is amazing really, and I'm very happy with my doll.

      Yes, very! Nanashi looks wonderful, and the KDF gun hands are gorgeous!

      I didn't really have any questions or any need to communicate with them through F.A.Q or email.

      My mother used a... credit card I believe. It went right through and when she confirmed with the bank that it was a legit payment we got a payment confirmed email.

      It took just about a month.

      Oh yes.

      His faceup was a little darker than it seemed in the sales pictures.

      There was a little mix up that I hadn't read the product page correctly, I thought he would come with a wig but he didn't. After checking the page though I saw where I hadn't read, so I didn't need to contact the company about it.

      The quality, especially the clothes, feels really good. The MSD wig in particular feels thick and layered - and it's a boy's wig.

      For the most part yes, in a good way. What I thought was a single dress turned out to be a three piece outfit which pleasantly surprised me. The MSD wig is a -little- longer in the front than their picture suggested, but that was nothing a little snip with a scissor couldn't fix (and its also my personal preference that I don't like hair covering eyes.

    15. What did you order? Kid Delf (girl, Real Skin Normal) Ani, plus eyes, a heat resistant wig, clothes, shoes, and restringing elastic.

      When did you order? The 14th of August, but payment wasn't confirmed until the 18th, so they didn't start working on her until then.

      How was the communication? Non-existent. There was no need to contact them.

      How easy was it to pay? It was a bitch and a half actually. For some reason my card wouldn't go through. So eventually (after several tries I might add) I had to go through paypal. Which is why payment wasn't confirmed immediately. It took three days for the funds to transfer. They went through almost immediately however, when they finally did.

      How long did it take to ship? 54 calendar days, and 34 business days. Five of those calendar days were due to their thanksgiving break. And I ordered with a faceup. So not a bad wait time.

      Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Hrmm. Tough to answer, because this was my first BJD ever. I'm going to go ahead and say yes though.

      Did the item look like the sales pictures? To be honest? Not really. I mean the faceup was the same and all (taking in the account of small variations, faceups being done by human hands after all), but the style of their photos is disconcerting when trying to imagine what a doll will really look like. There's too much photoshopping to be really sure what a doll looks like in promo pictures. So while I recognize my doll as the one in the promos, she doesn't really look the same.

      Were you satisfied with the product? Do I wish she could look more like the promos? Yes a little. That's the doll I envisioned. And the leggings that came with the Mugwort outfit I bought are a little annoying as it takes a while to get them over her feet. Plus they leave black smudges everywhere. But over all, yes, I'm satisfied.

I think this is positive, Luts is very responsible and serious.
