      Yes! I am especially happy with the wigs. I used to order wigs from Leeke but I am going to stick with Luts from now on. The head cap doesn't show at all, the wigs are lovely.

      So far so good~ :) They sent order detail & paypal address to my e-mail, right after I finished ordering. Reply always fast, usually 1x24 hrs. But on event time + website renewal + overload 2010 winter event orders, they take a longer time to reply and sometimes my Q is skipped. But I just need to repost the Q~ ;)

      It’s very easy with paypal.

      Waiting 53 business days to make my order ready to be shipped. And 3 business days in customs + some more days at post office... XD And ta-dah! It is here~

      There was a system problem with my order(it was just when they opened their new website), it said I have ordered 14 Canes instead of 14 items, which made me go quite pale at first XD as you can imagine how much $ that would be, but I wrote them about it on the Q&A Board and they were very nice and helpful and everything was okay anyway.
      I also have to add, that I wrote I would like blue eyes if it's possible, and they send me Cane with the most beautiful blue eyes <3

      This is my first BJD so I expected a long wait(at least as long as it says on the website), but my SSDF Cane(with face-up!!) was shipped after only 35 business days, which made me happy to no end

      Yes, I would say even more beautiful, they did a great job with the face-up

      * How was the communication? Pretty good, they answered all my questions within a day. They even followed my request about certain eyes they would give my doll.
      * How easy was it to pay? This.. this was the hardest part of ordering. I used my VISA credit card, but the first 2-3 times I ordered my transactions would not go through to LUTS. So after canceling and reordering (coming to a fail.) I asked in a thread on here what I should do, someone advised me to call my credit card company. I called them and they thought my ID was being stolen so that's why they wouldn't let the transactions go through. So after talking to them they let the money go through.
      * How long did it take to ship? Shipped March 23rd and arrived today (26th) so 3 days.

      My order arrived from Korea to Canada today. It helped that they under-declared the value (at my request) so it didn't get held up at customs.

      Wigs are very good quality. They aren't as shiny and realistic as the ones from Volks but they fibres are smooth and easy to style. One of the wigs has a braided hairband and I can see a blob of glue peeking out. It's not very noticeable at first but it's there.

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      One of the blue colored wigs is more purple than the website showed (and I've looked at it from 3 different monitors). Other than that everything else was very accurate.

      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      For the price and quality, Yes I'm satisfied.

      It shipped on March 30, 2011, and arrived on April 4, 2011.

      * How was the communication?- Really good. They emailed me that the blue black eyes were defective, and the last in stock, and offered me the choice of a substitute or store credit. I chose the 14mm dark violet eyes. They always replied within 24 hours, and were very polite.

      * How long did it take to ship?- They shipped on May 18, so about 33 business days. They arrived on May 21.
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?- Yes.
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?- The doll and faceup look EXACTLY like the company pics; I was surprised. I didn't know the KDW-36 wig was crinkly in the back, but I don't mind. Upon inspection, the acrylic eyes look like they're a piece of printed paper or something underneath the dome; I'd hoped they'd have more depth to them. They look all right in the doll, though. Since the company pics are so bad, I knew it was a gamble. I really like the color of the dark violet eyes.
