      A NS Type 2 Luts CP Delf girl torso. My poor girl developed a horrible crack in her neck and I contacted Luts to ask if I could buy a torso piece from them. I didn't have a lot of hope but I was very, very lucky.

      Fantastic. Luts was very gracious and let me know that they considered it their responsibility to help repair the doll they sold me. They then ordered the piece from CP and sold it to me separately. Every message I left for them, they responded to promptly and kindly.

      Very easy. I sent them the payment through paypal.

      * How long did it take to ship?

      I paid them on the 9th of November and they shipped the piece December 1st.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?

      Very much so. The piece was in perfect condition.

      Exactly. However Luts made a mistake with the size of my clothes set, so I had to contact them for an exchange through their Q&A board. The communication was really quick though. I had to send them back the wrong item (they refunded me the shipping price). As the product I had ordered originally had sold out in the time being, they requested that I choose another one. I got it a week after with a nice mouse-pad in bonus. :3

      Yes, but next time I'll pay attention to ask them not to put such a low value on the custom invoice. -_-* I did not know that they under-declared automaticaly, and the price they put on the package really was too low to be believable.       Overall, yes. There are a few things that could be fixed for the price (like those awkward hands and weird proportion of the torso). They really need to up the quality of their event heads imo, as this one was as awkward and weird looking as most of the others have been (maybe I'm spoiled by other company's event heads).

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      No. I chose the dark face up, and it came to me super light around the eyes and super dark on the mouth, not at all like the picture. I was extremely disappointed at first. Also, the company pictures didn't show how long her head was.

      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      After I got to play with her some more, overall yeah.

      Yes, I would. I will not order face ups, however. They simply are not worth the price charged.

      Perfect! They answered my Q&A post before expected and sent me an email notifying me that they responded. I also got an email when I placed my order and when it shipped.

      Easy as can be, just paypal.

      39/40 days with faceup. Much faster than expected as they listed 45-50 business days without faceup.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Yes. I was actually very surprised at not only how well the body and head were sculpted but how well the body posed since I purchased the single joint version to save $43. I am very happy with this doll and it poses better than any doll I've had before, which is saying a lot! There are also virtually no seam lines. The ones that are there are very small.

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Yes, the faceup was almost identical. The only thing different was the eyebrows were slightly darker, which made me happy.

      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      Yes! I am very pleased with what I ordered and I wouldn't change anything!

      Yes, since I plan on possibly getting the romantic KDF body for my Cherry Elf.

      Luts sent me the wrong wig. The wig container was labeled properly as was the hang tag on the wig itself. The one I ordered

      The one I got can be seen here.

      The numbers are the same, the colors are the same. The only difference is one has the blonde on top and the other on the bottom. I can see how the wig was labeled incorrectly.

      I'm not going to say anything. The reason being I like the one I got better. I was looking at the new items on their site and moaned about how I wished the wig I saw was available when I ordered. Then I went to look at the one I ordered and went "Wait.....*checks the wig again* OMG! HOW FUNNY IS THAT?!"

      As she was my first doll, I don't have too much to go on, but she is perfectly perfect. She looks like she's worth a $1000 instead of close to $300. I love her. One of her elbow joints, I noticed, has a dimple that probably shouldn't be there, but it doesn't affect her in any way.

      I bought her a different wig, so not exactly...she looks ten times cuter. Her face-up looked better than the photos as well.
