      Good. I had a question about the resin colour stated on the site (it was white skin first, not brown skin) and they replied very fast to clarify the colour and fixed the "mistake".

      Very easy, PayPal.

      It shipped August 17th, so about 2 month later. This is absolutely appropriate since they said about 65-75 days. Because of customs I received my package on the 23rd of August.

      Yes, it could have just as well be the doll in the photos.

      Four wigs (7-8 sized) including three heatresistant fibers (KDW-03 (Milky Blond); KDW-09 (Cream); KDW-42 (Honey Pink)) and one mohair (KWW-40 (Soft Sauvage-Carrot)) plus two silicon wig caps (size M).

      I ordered on July 10th 2012, directly from the company.

      * How was the communication?

      Good, via their Q&A service. My every message was answered within few days.

      * How easy was it to pay?

      No problems at all, via Paypal.

      * How long did it take to ship?

      I got my package like within a week. It arrived on July 18th 2012. No problems with EMS at all.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?

      Well, I've never had any wigs before, so I'm not an expert, but I'll do my best. Here are some facts: first of all, it turned out that even within the same size wigs can significantly differ. All of them were ment for my MNF Chloe's head and only the mohair wig (KWW-40 (Soft Sauvage-Carrot)) is a great fit. One of the heat resistant wigs (KDW-42 (Honey Pink)) is slightly too big but baerable and last two of heat resistant wigs (KDW-03 (Milky Blond) and KDW-09 (Cream)) don't fit at all - they're waaay too big on her. Moreover, the KDW-03 (Milky Blond) wig shaded strongly in the beginning, but stopped at some point so I didn't report it. What I reported to Luts was a damaged wig cap I got:

      Yes, except of the damaged wig cap ;-) and the KWW-40 (Soft Sauvage-Carrot) wig which didn't arrive as nicely styled as it was in the pictures, but I like it even better this way.

      Generally, yes (except of the damaged wig cap and the fact that I'll have to trim/mode three of the four wigs just to make them fit properly).

      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?

      I reported to them the damaged wig cap sending them the pictures. They apologized and offered me some extra mileage points. They also promissed that with my next order I'll receive another wig cap entirely for free. I agreed, considering the costs of shipping would exceed the wig cap's value and being sure I'm going to order more from them within a year. I believe it's reasonable solution, since the faulty wig cap is not useless, anyway.

      * Would you order from this company again?

      Yes, when they'll finally restock items I want ;-)

      * How was the communication? Great. No fault at all. Very patient with my worrying, and always helpful, even explaining how to order custom face up. My face-up instructions were followed closely.
      * How easy was it to pay? Very. PayPal is always easy.
      * How long did it take to ship? Almost 3 months. Luts seem a bit slow but it wouldn't stop me from buying from them again.
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Yes. I thought the quality was really good, of the resin, the doll's design and the face-up with eyelashes. In fact I thought the price was really inexpensive for what it got me.
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? Not quite, because I ordered something a different colour and face-up from the pictures. But the face itself was just like the pictures.
      * Were you satisfied with the product? Very. I'm delighted!

      It might have been a fluke but I was able to purchase my TDF with no problem on my CC but for whatever reason it gave me errors when purchasing my KDF. (Just used another card and it worked fine.)

      The orders were placed separately but they were shipped a day apart, on November 23rd and 24th respectively. They arrived together bright and early on November 26th.

      Yes. The face-ups are gorgeous.
