Luts Senior Delf 65 Discussion Part 1

For some reason this thread's subscription didn't make it through the transition like the rest of my Watched Threads. At any rate, my Luts 65 Breeze Sprite arrived today. Roho needs to be sent off to Angel Toast for a faceup, but I wanted to post a photo of him anyway since I'm so excited to finally have him home. It took 5 1/2 months for him to arrive from Luts.

I'm hoping to be able to share my boy with everyone soon! I'm absolutely smitten with the Bory sculpt so when they released the limited SD65 Romance Incubus Bory I knew I had to have him. He's being held captive by Fabric Friends and Dolls while I pay off the rest of my layaway but I'm so happy he's so close. Can't wait to see him in person

 

My Breeze Sprite's head is off to AngelToast - I'm already chomping at the bit for him to return. I can't wait to see how he turns out!

Well, he was on a 6 month layaway with FF&D so it worked out, but I'm guessing it took that long because he was a LE with extras. He's my first ordered from Luts and I don't know if Luts ships in bulk to their dealers like Fairyland does - that always causes a delay.

 

Ohhh... I haven't ordered from Luts in a while now, so I thought maybe their waiting times got bad.

Posting in here because I have a Brinicle on order. <w< Luts agreed I could do a 60 day layaway with them, which I paid off a few weeks ago. I bothered them in asking how much longer it would be, IF they could give me a rough estimate because I wasn't sure of their time frames, and they said maybe end of march! >w< THEY did say or april, but still! I'm so excited.
Now I have to search for clothes that will fit, but I did buy him fullset so he'll have that for now. >w< ANNND I still need a name -sigh-

 

@Kirahfaye - Your Breeze looks so handsome and mischievous! Is he in the Light Tan color? You are so lucky to get an Angel Toast faceup! I can't wait to see him when he gets back from the Spa!

 

@faireva, he's the Real Skin Brown. And mischievious is one way to put it. LOL

 

@Kirahfaye - Oh I see, thank you for letting me know~* He looks a bit darker than I was expecting based off their comparison photo. maybe I should go with it instead of light tan since it seems like a darker color and is a bit less expensive.

 

@faireva, I believe the Real Skin Brown is actually supposed to be lighter than the tan. It's a beautiful, rich shade that is similar to my Iplehouse boy's original version Special Real Skin, but with less orange (then again, my JID boy is 2 years old so he could have yellowed some).

 

@Kirahfaye - Thank you for all the information, your description of the resin and verbal comparison to Iplehouse RS is very helpful. Resin colors can be very different in person than on the computer screen, also Luts skin comparison photo seems to be a bit misleading. ^^;

I'll be sure to share. I've become email stalker and luts stalker ever since they said end of march. I'm hoping that stays true and doesn't go longer!!

The only thing I didn't get done is his weapon blushing since I want to do it.

RSB Ginger would be pretty great to see! He's gorgeous.
Ginger is not very popular particularly in normal skin. I don't even know how to get rid of mine. Nobody wants him

I keep failing to be content with any of my luts boys. So now I'm too afraid to buy any of them ever again... Yet I still wish I could have the head of Abadon on my SDF65 body.

 

I think Ginger is gorgeous. He's so expressive imo. Abadon is pretty too. If your ginger ever sells you could always do the Luts my choice system and get an Abadon on the 65 body. And if it doesn't work out I'm sure he'd sell too lol

 

Yeah Ginger is indeed expressive but he didn't look the same in person as in luts promos which is a huge deal for me Also I'm also dissapointed that I didn't get him in RSB. I really want to see him once you buy him if you will

I would buy abadon via my choise option but I already have SDF65 body so I only need the head. I was so stupid that I didn't buy abadon's head during that event time when luts sold everyone's heads separately I wonder if they ever do that again.
