1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

LUTS Senior Delf Discussion - Azure, Ethan & Camilla

Nov 28, 2007

    1. solitary_mushroom>> ah, right, i forgot it's like, 3 a.m. over there.

i'd recommend just selecting the wire-transfer option and leave LUTS a message asking for a personal payment page.

far simpler than a forum-based transaction. less shipping fees, too. :3

    2. I don't understand wire transfer though... I don't really get what to do. I'm now terrified of limited events and will refuse to go near them in future because of my traumatic first experience :sweat

    3. Althought I have never tried wire transfer. It seems that what you do when you place the order. Luts will give you their bank information and you'll take that in person to your bank and tell the teller to do a wire transfer to luts. You will have to pay a fee for that. But it isn't all that bad if it means you can get your doll.

I was going to do wire transfer for this event until i found out they took paypal

    4. solitary_mushroom>> you won't actually be paying by wire transfer. :3 you'll still be paying by credit card. well, you could, pay by wire transfer, but there's a fee.

      process is as follows:

in the customer request page, request for them to give you personal payment page because the credit card system isn't working, and under payment selection options, click wire transfer.

also helps if you leave them a Q&A informing them of your troubles and what you've done. so they know.

    5. I have to use my mums card for paying online and she said no to wire transfers... it's like everything that could go wrong has :sweat

    6. So what will this personal payment page mean?

    7. Oh, I'm so sorry. Hope you can get him at some other time I guess *hugs*

    8. instead of a page leading to a doll with the price of the doll, the page will list your total (inclusive of shipping and whatever) and you jsut follow the regular payment process (for you, you'd be choosing the credit card option for payment.. :3

      simple as that. ^^

    9. Oooo... ok so I'd choose wire transfer to begin with but then I'd tell them the credit card thingy wasn't working for me and they'd give the personal pagey thingy and ultimatly I'd end up paying by credit card?

    10. Luts smells ><

    11. I understand what you're saying, but I wasn't encouraging it. It was a comment. It's something that happens when rare dolls are unable to be kept/no longer wanted by their owners. Again, I apologize that an innocent comment I made in passing seems to have caused such a big deal. It was not my intent. I'm glad everyone is getting the dolls they want. Good luck.

    12. not relevant anymore :P

    13. That they do *is downstairs crying* don't come down!!! Mum will yell at me for 'running up and down stairs again' :sweat

    14. True dat, glad you for your Camilla ok :)

    15. QFT... QFE... all of the above. XD

    16. essentially...yes. :3 you have to specifically request for a personal payment page in the customer request, though. not just say that the system isn't working for you.

      but yeah, that's about it.

    17. [solitary_mushroom posting]It asks me to give them bank information if I continue and I don't know it becuase it's my mums card... will the details be necessary if I'm just doing it to get the to give me a personal payment page?

    18. pyrope>> if you're not actually paying my wire transfer, then no. that's just so that they know whose order is whose, methinks.

    19. [solitary_mushroom again ^^]Ok... so I clicked the wire transfer and it said it had been accepted (I put the request in about the personal payment page and systems being down for me) and I *think* my order has been accepted... but I didn't have to put in any card details so does this mean later I'll get a request from themn asking me the credit card details?
I'm really worried I've done something wrong (sorry for being such a pain)

    20. pyrope>> nope. they'll just email you when they've set up the page (they'll give you the link to your page), and you pay from there the way you would any of their items.
