Stupid me ordering 2 limiteds *grumble*

 

Would shippment take less time if you did not request a faceup? or the same as one with faceup? (waiting for Ethan )

 

solitary_mushroom>> my LUTS orders have never taken much longer than a month from the date i paid. i usually get my dolls in just over a month. at most, a month and a week or so (this is with faceup). :3 i'm sure he'll come in time.

Yes, we always get our resinites much quicker without their faceups. We only ordered once with a faceup and he took quite a long time. D:

 

Oh geez, ignore feral5. Our Lu-wen had a face-up on one head and he still didn't even take a month. Our longest wait was 45ish days int he summer when we ordered our Kid Delf Cherry during the summer event when they were having huuuuuuge delays. Everything else has been a few weeks or a few days... or in the case of our Lishe, a whole 24 hours o.O

Aww geez, I hope a month goes by really really fast XD;; (Hopefully it should... I have two weeks until Christmas break, then another two weeks of Christmas break...) Maybe Ethan will arrive by the end of January, but with face-ups iono. Then again I never ordered a doll from a company directly before, so I can't say. XD

But isn't the Christmas rush rather big?

 

Yep, I couldn't freaking believe it. D: I placed two orders that week too. A group order, which shipped 48 hours after it was placed, and I made the order for my Lishe the night my group order shipped. The night after (a thursday or Friday, don't remember which) that I had a shipping notice for Lishe. Both orders arrived the following Monday.

 

Wow :0 If Luts makes to order, that means you must have ordered at just the right time to get a cancelled order one.

 

After more unfortunate events (a lot seem to be happening to me lately ) I think everything is sorted!

Not your fault *hugs* I don't care how long he takes to arrive anymore! Even if he and Mochi aren't here in time for the meet! I just want the payment and everything to be confirmed... then I'll feel safe

 

sorry for being OT XD;;; But when do you get order confirmations? It's my first time so I'm very very nervous. I got an email just telling me what I bought right after I paid, but I don't know my order number or anything like that. It's been two days now, I believe, and after three days your order gets cancelled, right? ;0;

 

Your order number's at the top of the list of what you ordered. It's basically the date plus a number. You can go to their site and check the "order status" link at the top of the page as well and it'll show you the order. Once they receive payment from you, the actual status block of it will change to "payment received".

If you already paid, check your order status, it might already be confirmed.

 

Ah! XD Thank you! Is payment recieved the same as payment confirmed, though? Or would it still need to change?

 

IIRC, when I ordered Kiyoshi my status stayed "payment received" until it went to "shipping confirmed". I never received any notices from Luts at all, not an order confirmation, not a payment confirmation, nothing. They did answer my post on their Q&A board within a couple of days when I got fed up with waiting and poked at them. This was in the middle of the disaster that was this year's Nanuri event--it looks like things are less chaotic this time. I don't think you need to worry.

 

I'm on payment recieved now, that was 2 days ago now I'm waiting eagerly on shipping notice

 

57 Ethan and 9 Camilla sold~ I check this everyday - it passes the time

 

Day...4(?) when it comes to waiting for Ethan... I don't know I feel sick and dizzy maybe I'm ill... yay no school!

 

Does anyone know when the lottery for Azure will be announced?
