  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     6. Well, considering he's a limited set of 30, do you really think people who win him will just say, "Hey, I have this doll I don't like, let me give him away to someone else...?" People sold the original Nanuri heads (not the 07 models), and I'm fairly sure they were free gifts from events ago, too. You get something and you don't want it, you sell it. Free doll or not, you can't be expected to part with something as valuable as a limited ed. doll for nothing. *Shrug* Fair has nothing to do with it.

    7. I don't think anyone expects there aren't people who will get him and decide they don't like him, or just plain take advantage of the fact they got him for free. I just think in this case people aren't feeling the need to suggest and encourage it like you seemed to be. Since there's a big difference betwen $100ish profit on a Nanuri/Juri head and over $600+ on an Azure.

I apologise if my faith in mankind (in the doll community) has been misplaced, I've always seen people as more accepting and generous and I'd have thought that someone who cared enough about dolls would know how much Azure means to some people. If I got him and I didn't want him, I would give him away in a raffle for free and I'd encourage others to do the same because it's the decent thing to do.
      (It's 1.59am here I'm tired an irritable)

    13. I don't think it's just about making a profit, though.

      It's just that if someone wins Azure and then gives him away... and a little while later totally regrets it, it's going to be really hard for them to get him again. So for people who do sell him, at least they have a bit to possibly maybe buy him back with. D:

    18. Considering that there are only 30 Azures being given away, not too many people. But there are also quite a few people who sell their dolls in financial crises and family emergencies. In cases such as those, I wouldn't be surprised if people who won Azure and positively loved him or didn't have enough time to bond with him sold him off, as there are quite a few people who would buy him, regardless of how fair it is to sell a doll won in a lottery.

      And let's not forget there are quite a few scalpers out there who get limited dolls just to sell them for a profit later. D':

      Anyway, I'm just saying we can't count on all the Azures to never be sold; he's rare and there's already a demand for him before his release.
