I have ordered Frances, and assuming the wait is two months, I'm halfway there. I'll share pictures as soon as she's arrived!

I'm afraid it is difficult for me to take a picture of her whole as I only got a 45mm lens and my house is too small. (I guess I better buy a 35mm??) Maybe this picture can give you what her dress looks like, maybe you can get a g[/SIZE]

I've got my limited Xilv today. She is gorgeous! Her kimono is wonderful (I'm doll's kimono addicted ) and her face is really sweet:

I have an Xilv ordered, but have not got her yet! Also, I have a Melodie, who is my favorite so far!

Hello! I've been watching the dolls of the Maskcat doll house for a while, in the end I've decided, I bought a head of Lisette on pink skin, I have been comparing measurements, would a hybrid with the Fairyline60 body be possible? I love all your dolls

 

I'm thinking about ordering Ronia, she is so lovely! The only thing that makes me sad is apparently they are not going to produce tan anymore? I really wanted her in tan.

 

Really? That would be a shame. Where did you see this news?

 

There is currently a problem with the tan dolls (some of us have been told there's been a sanding issue) so I'd not be surprised if they decided not to offer them. They were unusual in not charging extra for tan as they are notoriously difficult. They are still mentioned in the text on the website but not included in the skin colour choice on Etsy.

 

I didn't see it officially written, but someone I know asked them directly about purchasing a tan body. This person told me that Maskcat said they were very much considering not offering them due to sanding issues lately. I guess it has been a big problem since they made production changes. So, basically what Hilarie said.

 

@Hilarie @Hollytastic Ah, well that is a shame but I guess I'm not surprised. My tan Ronia had sanding issues, including some scratches directly to her face, for which Maskcat sent me a replacement head.

 

My tan Ronia had also some sanding issues (white traces) but since they sent me pictures asking if it bothered me I told them I preferred seam lines than that ^^ so here I am, waiting one month more (because they also forgot the event Fay head so Alice's Collection is waiting to get my order complete before sending it to me) It has been a loooong, +4 month wait ^^ hope it's worth it!

I hope you will like your tan Ronia when you'll get her. My tan Lisette has no sanding issues, she has seam lines. But it doesn't bother me.

 

My tan Fay and Feline arrived yesterday and, despite what they said earlier, there are no obvious problems with Fay and Feline only has a few sharp seam lines (which I'm ok with too). They seem to be slightly different shades though. Also I noticed that the Feline body is slightly smaller than the white Gladys body we also got - I wonder if the resin makes a difference.

 

I received my Ronia some days ago and even if I'm delighted with the face and the face up I must admit that I'm really disappointed with the tan body I feel like she's really poorly finished and even if I told Maskcatdoll I preferred seam lines than white traces the sanding would leave, the body is really not nice looking like this :/. She has bumps, lumps, sharp edges... I have other dolls that still have their seamlines and never have been sanded and they're still A LOT better looking. I was more pleased with the quality of the resin of Mirodoll (which I paid 98$) than this one :/

But it might be the tan skin, my other dolls are all normal or white... So I don't have any comparison.

But I love her poseability and the fact that she can hold poses very easily ^^

I also got the Fay head that I really wanted and she's stunning! But I don't know what to do with her, it could take a while before I could get her a body
