Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     1. What a lovely confession to hear! LOL! I really do like the Maskcat body I have but I am going to wire the legs as they tend to swivel and that is annoying me.
      I love the weight of this body too....it is quality!

      And I dressed my Margo (Eloise) as an Autumn Witch

      I had to tea-dye the corset to make it a more muted colour to work with this mishmash of outfit pieces.....I was really pleased how it all came together.
      Maskcat dolls really do photograph so well.

      Hello! Your girl is as pretty as always! what a beautiful red-haired witch!
      Actually the new body arrived last week but I was too busy to take picture...but I still managed to apply spray sealant,on her (I can't bear leaving my doll without any UV cut protection lol) While I restring her, I found that her ankle joints looked a bit different. It turns out the joints were, like the new wrist joints, replaced by new type which allows you to change her feet easily. What impressed me most is that her flipping feet problem was solved and I can stand her up without any difficulty. (You can't tell the difference from the photo but if you look inside you can see the ankle joints are improved)

      I am not sure when did Maskcatdoll made this tiny but important improvement (maybe your doll already has the new ankle joints) but I really appreciate this very much.
      I promised I will come back with some more pictures once I have time.

      @Moria_ash.......Congratulations about the arrival of the new body and even better that you have an improved version *yippee* tiny little changes can make so much difference.
      And when I get time to play with my girl again, I will have a really good look at her ankle joints. Even though my girl has the quirky ankle twist, she has always been able to stand rock solid.....even in heels!
      And I really love that.

      Though I didn't trust to her standing unsupported in the woods....oh no! She has a very firm and sturdy plastic-coated wire plant holder threaded through her clothes at the back. And that was pushed as deep in the ground as I could get it go.
      It worked like a treat!

      After watching this thread anonymously for months and dreaming about Maskcat girls I decided to get a tan Ronia and join your discussion ;)
      Generally in this period of the year Maskcatdoll always proposed an anniversary event... But this year there is none. So, do you know if there will be one? Or sometimes companies just skip one year.. or they just stop proposing usual promotions?
      If there's no event I will wait before purchasing Ronia because I'm getting two dolls for Christmas so it would be a lot. But if there's an event proposing a blank head or something like that I would definitely go for it ^^

    11. @arone welcome to the thread! And what a lovely choice of doll............I wouldn't mind adding a tan Ronia to my collection one day too. I have no idea about event dolls though, perhaps somebody else knows something.

      And I will throw in a photo of my lovely Margo doll here as I took her out and about with me earlier this week. Which is no mean feat as Maskcat dolls are really heavy!!!

      Well I have been hesitating between Ronia and Margo for a while and I decided that I would start with Ronia and then just wait and save some money for Margo :p

      And your Margo is one of the girls that made me love this sculpt :) :D

      This thread is full of (positive) influence................it is because of kuro's Ronia that I am considering that sculpt in the tan.

      But I am having so much fun with this Margo head (and the Nerine head that shares this body) that I don't need to add another girl just at the moment.

      @arone I think the last event was from when I bought my Ronia - Maskcat had just finished sculpting new option hands so all orders got all the sets included free. I don't think there's been an event head for some time.

      Hello, welcome to the thread! Yes as @kuro said it seems unlikely that Maskcatdoll has any promotion event this year but they are preparing for a new 57 cm girl ! (you can find the pic on IG). I guess you can wait for a while and see if you like the new girl before you place your order. But of course it would be great if you bring all of them home XDD

    20. I can't wait!!! I will order her in december so before that I can focus myself on christmas presents for my family :)

      But I was wondering how will Ronia fit with my other dolls who have more ''realistic'' sculps... Ronia's face's little bit childish/dollish with her big eyes and proportionnally small lips. Do any of you have photos of maskcat's girls with a mature/realistic sculpt?
