Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     1. Here's my Migidoll Vicente (on Popodoll 70cm body). Color match between Migidoll Meringue Beige & Popodoll normal skin is pretty close.

    4. Ok... I'm not sure if it's the right place to ask, but: Does anybody know what's going on with Migidoll? For a long time all dolls and heads like a "Ryu" or "Jina" have been sold out. Do they have any plans???

      I'm curious. Please explain it to me, if You know.

    5. @dollipuki, Ryu is discontinued, but Jina isn't! When I ordered Nova in January, I asked about when the Style65 dolls will be available. Migidoll said that they're in the process of renewing the sculpts and it's taking a while! They should be available again, but I'm not sure on the timeline.

    12. Oh man, that's so exciting! He'll be my...fourth, I think? Joining Jina, Nova, and Han. I never expected to be someone who had several dolls from one company, but I love their aesthetic.

    13. @mustbemissa I always thought Jina or Ryu would be my first Migidoll if I ever got one, but I never could make myself buy. I know what you mean though. I ended up with way more Volks dolls then I ever thought I'd have.

      I plan on pairing him with my incoming Luts Raven the limited version that I purchased during Luts' winter event. I have this group of dolls that I've dubbed the "Monochrome Gang" since the whole aesthetic of the dolls is black and white (although I've been thinking of adding red as an accent color), and then they're based on either an animal or a insect. I'm going to have Vicente and Raven be birds.

      What about you?

    18. Hmmm, I got him in 2016, and his box only says white for the resin color. He was and still is almost paper white.

    19. @SteamWitch Sounds like it might be there old white then. Of course sugar white could just be a re-branding of the previous white resin with little to no difference in color. Perhaps, someone else will pop in and share some insight. If not I may just buy Enzo's head in sugar white and find out myself when it shows up.

      Also, does anyone have any of the 60cm+ boys they could take pictures of next to any of Volks 60cm+ boys? I'm specifically interested in relative head and face sizes.

    20. I'm considering buying a SD13B body for my 2008 Miho that has been bodyless since I got him in... 2009... I'm a little worried about resin match but I guess I'll just have to deal with it because I put it off this long. Has anyone here taken up the challenge of matching an ancient head to a body recently? Most Japanese 2nd hand resellers don't really have any info on the year the body was made so I think it'll be a bit difficult to find one from 2008. How nice it would be to just bring the headplate into one of their stores to match it!

      Here's my Ryu, Liam, on an oYID body to make up for my microblogging.
      He looks straight out of the early 2010's and seriously needs some new clothes, shoes, wig, everything! It's hard for me to imagine a Ryu without a faux mohair wig though :lol:
