Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     1. Received our latest order from Moggie today, posted fast and packed well, all in good order. Thrilled with the service and communication, my beloved and I will be placing another order within a month.

    2. *forehead smack* I completely forgot to add what I ordered to this.
      Mine was WS Dollzone X head with faceup for $150.
      ETA: The date on my email reciept from paypal is 8th May 2008.

      I'm not interested in the head anymore, but I understand if it would easier to get me goods rather than a refund of money. If it's possible, I'd be interested in getting a couple of pairs of Eyeco eyes instead of the head. If not...eh, I've been waiting for awhile, I can wait a little longer for a refund. It doesn't really matter to me, I'm just glad that this is all getting resolved.
      (Hey, can we at least give him some credit for trying to sort things out, please? I understand being upset, but cheap shots aren't nice and we should at least *try* to remain civil, here.)
       
    3. Well, as long as it is easier to return the goods rather then do a refund I can accept it... I already have bought Floy and I don't think I want big girl anymore, so I would preffer refund, as I would sell the dolls if I got them insted refund anyway.

      I hope Moggie would deal with it quickly, it's good to hear that everything seems to be on the right way now.
       
    4. Received my order from Moggie on Thursday. Ordered on the 12th of December. I didn't experience any problems at all.

      People's intolerance and inability to have a bit of compassion just torque me off in the worst way. Apologies. I should have bitten the person's head off in a PM instead.
       
    6. Just to add to the evidence that Moggie is not a scammer - I bought a DZ carrier bag off him last week and it arrived today in perfect condition! So keep supporting him and give him some time to recover, it'll all get solved.

      I'll update post #293 tomorrow, when I'm not so tired.
       
    7. I bought several pairs of eyes earlier last year. They never turned up and months later I asked about them and was given a refund. It did take a while (a month or more) for the refund to go through, but I did receive it and am completely happy with that.
       
    8. Moggie, if it will be easier, I'm still willing to take the merchandise in place of a refund. Either way works for me :)

    15. Hello! I am so glad that I found this post. I too was curious as to what may have happened to Moggie. Back in early 08 I ordered a pair of boots and leather items that were homemade by him/his girlfriend. Well, I received the boots but never received the special made items which totaled up to a little under $100. All I can say is I really feel for the guy and I am not looking to get a refund of any kind back. It has been so long anyways. I'm only out a small bit of money compared to what he is out of. I'm just thankful for the board by keeping us up to date on these kind of things - Many Thanks!

    17. Same here. Moggie told me it would be easier for him to send me ordered items instead of money and that I could make some changes to my order (keeping it at the same value of course) so I did. Now I'm also waiting for reply. I hope this time it would be all right ^^

    19. Oh, it's good to hear that orders of equivalent value are a possibility as well. I'll talk to the sig. other about what she wants to do, obviously since Moggie is no longer making the clothes and accessories we can't replicate our order but it's possible I might submit an order for a similar value since it's more likely to get processed quickly than a cash refund.
