It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     6. I heard from him and placed another large order, his communication has been great so far.. but I DO know that he has gone back to full time work to make refunds etc faster.. so maybe he hasn't seen your email.. try again, just in case.

    8. Also, just a quick note.. moggies website is in the midst of a host change ( I host it, and am moving it along with mine) so pms and emails and other things MAY dissappear between servers etc :<

      I am doing my best to back everything up, but I can't make any guarantees.

      So.. if anyone has tried to contact moggie in the last three days, please be patient, if you haven't heard from him within a week, don't blame him, blame me and my lack of sysmanager skills and please send him a copy of the email.

    12. Yeah, quite a few died in the fire. Some were visiting other people at the time so they survived.

      Let me know if there is anything you might like. It is going to make life a lot easier if I can supply rather than refund.

    15. I haven't gotten anything either.

      It seems like ordering things from the store would be more useful, I just really don't need anything that would amount to what I'm owed (which is a small sum in the run of things) and I can't afford to spend more than that on something I want, if that makes any sense.

    16. I was told I should get my order mid to late April. So I am waiting. I am not holding my breath. I am hoping for the best but I am not sure. Trust me if the stuff comes this list will be the first to know.
