  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum. My big problems with Dollzone Spain

      There is no way I will pay the shipping cost again. I have absolutely no guarantee that this time the doll will really arrive.
      It was the fault of the spanish post office, because they gave four packages my tracking number. I said it to the dealer - he doesn't react at all, of course.

      He didn't even look at the webpage, though, if he would do it, he would see the disaster happend in May and would immediately go to the post office. He was careless, he said everything was alright.
      The shipping was insured, so why didn't he go to the post office/ He lied to me that it takes one month to make a complaint at the post office because he was lazy.
      I will absolutely not trust that man again.

      I hope that this theard will warn a lot of people NOT to buy at Dollzone Spain. I have his adress. I will send him an insured letter with the document that tells that it's absolutely not my fault. Maybe he'll react to an "official" letter, who knows. It's not something I believe, but, maybe.

      If not, I will claim for my 180 euros. It was bank transfer - not paypal:(

    3. I really hope for you that you will get your money back soon. However, better not send him the original document, but a copy of it only. Who knows, maybe you'll need the original document, if he isn't willing to pay your money back.

      By the way, you payed 180 EUR for a Mo? With face-up or was he supposed to be tan skin or something like that? Otherwise 180 seems too much in my humble opinion :?

    5. I've tried to contact the DZ Spain owner to tell him that sending your money back would be the best choice, but I'm not sure that he would answer me. Well, he's a college student, I've heard that he has been very busy because of his exams, but anyway the on-line shop is a bussiness and you can't just forget about it. If he has no time to spend on DZ Spain it would be better to stop getting orders for a while. You can't just let the things go on their own.

      Anyway, there are some complaints in the spanish forum too. It seems he hasn't been doing his job propperly for a while.
