1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

1. Wheatear - wow, she's a stunner!! :aheartbea

I have a question - does anyone use FMD wigs for their 1/4 bjds? I was looking at Evelyn and wondering what size to buy for her. I know 7-8 is recommended, but when buying FMD wigs in the past for my Pullips I noticed the company runs a little small. And if you factor a wig cap on the head as well, would an 8-9 perhaps be better than a 7-8? Thoughts?

2. I feel like my mom has forgotten that William (Illy) is a boy. We went thrifting and found a YOSD sized rocking chair and I knew it wouldn't fit my MSD boys as well. She told me to try it out after I got home so I grabbed Soren and she said, "No he's bigger, try the girl doll." (this was said in Spanish, so what she really said was "muñequita") XD

We did find the MSDs some chaise longue sofas. I'm going to make them each some foot stools because the feet stick out and the sofas themselves do need a bit of work, I need to sew down the arm on the green one and I want to add some legs to them, but I am very pleased for $4 each~

(Gosh, I really need a coffee table. XD)

Here's how much the feet stick out. But like I mentioned, I'll just make some stools. Hopefully I can find some green fabric that is the same color as this green. I'm not too worried about the gold, but this one might be tricky because of those patterns...

3. @muharuka: I know I told you this in the Only-Doll thread but I LOVE your Hakuto!

@Wheatear: Thank you! I adore your Adaira, too (I remember favoriting a lot of her photos on Flickr while I was waiting for my own girl to arrive). I decided to order Missy a pair of 12mm Dollbakery eyes so I'll be sure to post photos of the sculpt in that size when they arrive. I tested a pair of 12mm EDs and they worked well, but I know every brand of eyes is different.

@MissyMagoo: I use a 6-7" wig on my MK Lillian and it fits like a glove. It's a Monique, though, not FMD. I do *own* a FMD in another size and the quality is top notch. The wig cap's also a bit stretchy.

@Ose_93 Those chairs are super cute! :D

4. @Ose_93: oh woah, I have to say your chaise longue sofas are so great ♥ If they have some legs, I think they will be perfect. I wish I could find those like yours in my neighborhood >.<
And about your Will, haha, poor boy. But I kind of understand your mother. I have a friend in my BJD friendzone who owes an Illy, and the poor guy is mistaken for a girl all the time. But it can't be helped since he's too cute ♥ And you can't blame your mother since the outfit you gave him made him even cuter
:love
@PeppermintPocky thank you so much <3 And too bad I just realize we have 2 same fav companies today :doh

5. MissyMagoo, I use FMD wigs. Standard 7-8 inch size, all a bit loose on all three of my MK (Natalia, Illy and Victor), so I also use silicone caps with the wigs. And I agree, FMD wig quality is great. Hope the info helps :)

Ose_93
, same story here. My Illy gets mistaken for a girl all the time. And I especially try not to dress him as one. :)

6. PeppermintPocky: Thanks~
muharuka: I honestly wasn't expecting to find anything when I went. I just decided to give thrift shops a go and was very pleased. You should try as well, you might not find anything, but there is also the possibility that you will. ^^

Yeah, the fact that's he's dressed like Ciel Phantomhive certainly doesn't help his case, lol. I understand when people who haven't seen him before mistake him for a girl (and I have no issues with this cause sometimes he is in very girly clothing), but my mom knows he's a guy. So I found it very funny that she somehow forgot. XD
Riin: I guess such is always going to be the case for us Illy owners. Oh, so you dress him more manly? I don't mind Illy being mistaken for a girl since he does have more feminine clothing. I just find it amusing.

7. Ose_93, well, I try to avoid frills, bows and flowery patterns with him. :3 Doesn't help much, but I don't mind as well. I have to admit - Illy really does look great as a girl. Especially, when I have a corresponding girl's body to try him out as a girl to full extent. :D

8. Ose_93: I will try but don't think I can find one. If there is, I suppose my friends have already told me (My BJD community in my neighborhood is quite wide). But anyway, thanks for suggesting ♥
Dressing cutely for cuties is really fun. I myself also dress my boys girly costumes very often :) My mom even told me "Eh? You just bought new ones?" when I showed her their photos in girl outfits

9. muharuka: Oh it's great that you have a big BJD community in your area. That way you all can look out for one another with that type of thing. :D

And I guess all moms are silly. XD
k-meister: It's strange that you can't link it right on here. But what a cutie! Did you make the sweater yourself? It is lovely.

10. Ose_93: yeah, it's really great. We hold meet-up frequently so that we can get updated :)
Haha, I guess so :) My mom is still unable to distinguish my boys' names and faces even though I display them everday just right under her eyes.

11. Ah, and I forgot to ask.
Is there anyone here having jointed hands on a MK body? Can you please spam me with lots of pics?
I want to buy one for my boy but find no review to make sure which has the best resin color match with MK :(
So please give me some advice.

12. Yes, I made the top. It's actually fleece and hand sewn - I'm not good with a sewing machine.

13. muharuka - I don't have jointed hands for Kendra, but I've read that Dika Doll hands are a really good match for MK normal skin.

14. @k-meister I also heard that but don't see much owner pics to make sure :(
Anyway, thanks for advice ^ ^

15. @PeppermintPocky: she's so cute ♥ ♥ ♥ The eye color is very beautiful ♥
I always want an eye with color like that.
Would you mind linking the shop for me please?

16. It's kind of boring so I took my babies out of their boxes and had fun myself.
Now, please let me introduce my lovely "girls" :dance
