Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     1. I just had to show off my Gene girl's head, she arrived back from the faceup artist and I am so happy with her. Unfortunately I am going to have to wait a few more months before I can start thinking about getting her a body.

      I am just frustrated, I have a doll on layaway so can only start planning on getting her body at the end of the year, the credit card is taunting me and I need to win the lottery.

    9. She's beautiful, @sammyjo421! Congrats on her safe arrival. I love her shirt---very vibrant. She reminds me I need to buy my own Lillian a new pair of boots (and potentially a new wig; I'm not quite satisfied with her current one).

    12. still a month left til i get my baby girl lillian :eusa_pray i have a question for those who have her tho; are 16mm eyes alright to use for her? i bought mostly 16mm eyes because my 5stardoll mu ran(who i still dont have...) can use both 14 and 16 just not sure about lillian since they only recommend 14mm :( photos would be lovely!

      @mionnaise Oh my... I use 12mm in my Lillian because the 14mm defaults she arrived with were too big (they didn't seem to fit right, IMO). I have no clue how 16mms would look.

      Here's a photo of my girl wearing 12mm Dollbakery eyes. Please ignore the fact it's a "wig battle" photo --- I couldn't decide which wig to keep her in but I'm happy to report she now has a new pixie cut!

    17. [MENTION=70133]mionnaise[/MENTION] So I tried to cram a pair of 16mms into my Lillian for you but they won't fit---I can't even get them to stay in the eyewell. I think part of the problem is the only 16mm pair I own is high-dome; low-dome would probably work better.

      I'm sorry I'm not able to take a photo for you. :( Hopefully someone else with 16mm low-domes will be able to help you. :)

    18. Hii so I've finally bought my first doll!!
      She is a MK Ophelia and I'm wondering a couple of things :)

      firstly what sorta clothes should I buy her? Being new to the hobby I'm easily confused with how clothes from other companies fit my doll

      and secondly does someone have a picture of there Ophelia doll? I tried looking but found mostly Lillian dolls, I'd like to see what others have done with there MK Ophelia

      My MK girl mainly wears slim mini clothing (made for Fairyland Minifees and Unoa). She's in a pair of black tights designed for 14" Kish dolls, but she's a little too tall for them so I constantly have to pull them up. Her current dress was made for 16" Candi dolls. She has small feet compared to some of my other 1/4 dolls.

      I primarily buy my clothes on eBay and etsy. For instance, you can search for "MNF shirt" in the etsy search bar and you'll find a lot of shirts that should fit your Ophelia (you could do the same with dresses). MNF pants may be too short for Mystic Kids girls, though.

      My Lillian wears a 6-6.5" wig from Leekeworld. I originally had her in a 7-8" wig from Monique but it was too loose (a 6-7" would've fit her perfectly, though).

      I see you're in Australia. You may want to check out this store I found on the DOA Wiki (they're closing and having a sale).

      As far as photos go, Ophelia is still rather new (she was released earlier this year, I believe) so there's not many pictures of her yet. I did find one of a custom head on Flickr (no eyes or wig, etc.) but that was it.
