  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.       I was really hoping to see that you got her TreeLore when I signed on :( I'm so sad for everyone that didn't get their dolly. It makes me feel terribly guilty. I really really hope Toppi turns up for everyone. Hopefully Doll Hobby will get tons! I will keep thinking positive thoughts for everyone.

      Does anyone know what Volks thought process is on LEs. Why don't they make more? I don't understand why they allow scalpers all this power over us. I guess it really must be an issue of production? They seem like a really kind company that really tries to keep their people happy?! I wonder what the LA shop will do to the amount of dolls available? I wonder if they will hold Dolphas and After Events?!

      Anyways, I can't lie and say I'm not beyond happy with getting Toppi, but I really wish more people would have gotten what they wanted last night.

      Celticgeekess - Did you get Michael? I may have missed that going through the posts?

      I did get Michael.....apparently he's the dog of the bunch, as right now he's the only one left of the bunch at Volks (not counting the DD's, I didn't look at them).

      I'm extremely happy to get him...... :D

      I wouldn't say that he's a dog! I wonder if Volks planned ahead for a change and realized that since the boy dolls seem to be the most popular, they just made more of him, but were taken by surprise by the popularity of Toppi.

      I hope that people realize that he is still available from Volks and don't buy the $1300 one that's up on eBay right now.

      I'm pretty excited about him.....I had Dark Lord Michael, but as much as I loved his face/eyes/wig/outfit, his body drove me nuts.....it was the old old resin, with string hands/feet.
      His posing/lack of and not standing at ALL made him the least playable of my group, so he was adopted out (aka "booted off the island").

      The new Michael.....I wasn't interested at first, but when I saw IRL owner pics, I realized I loved his face/eyes/wig/outfit all over again....and now that he's new pureskin, he'll POSE!

      Sorry to go on.....stuck at work, again.

    17. I'm having such a hard time with this after event stuff! It says to login first, but where the devil is the login on any of the Volks sites? I've been waiting for that mint dress and that pink dress and their shoes for two months now and I'm gonna cry if I miss it. How do lotteries work? Do they run out of spots in the lottery quick or is it unlimited? I want to know if I should be panicking or not.

    18. I stayed up till 3:30 am and no Toppi popped up that I saw, I was refreshing like a tazmanian devil but then slowed down to a snail pace it hit threet thirty.

      I am so glad you got one! I am on the D&H list but I phoned 4 days into the ordering and he said I had little to no hope of getting her. I didn't know it was first come, funny cause I was the one that actually posted the D&H taking orders post in the news section!

      I will get one one way or the other but was hoping for a fair deal for a change!

    19. You can log in on the lefthand side - but you have to make a "my Volks" registration first. I'm not sure how the lotteries work for clothing but I think you just click the stuff and enter, then they send you an email if you got it?! You can only enter once I think. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.... is the dress there? I couldn't find it last night.

      TreeLore - I'm SO sorry for you. I totally agree with you - when I read DollHobby's email it seemed like there was more time to order (unlike the last one). I really really hope a Toppi turns up for you for a really good price.

    20. I think that Michael is beautiful. I'm guessing that he didn't move as quickly simply because he isn't a new mold like Toppi. Plus, Michael is more expensive. And I agree that the Volks pictures of Michael didn't do much for me either. He looks much cuter in the actual pictures posted by owners here on DOA.

      Congratulations to everyone who was able to get the dolls and outfits that they were wanting. I was hoping for a Toppi also, but no luck for me last night. I think that she sold out the fastest yet. And I kept checking back off and on all night, but I don't have the patience I guess to keep refreshing the screen for hours. It's nice to know though that persistence can pay off for some who can do that (yeah Lyssa!). I was following all of the posts last night, but I guess that I was just too frustrated to say anything. And I am almost more disappointed about not being able to get any of the fashions than I am about the doll. I am still hoping to get Toppi through DHS later, but it seems that Volks rarely sends DHS any outfits or shoes or limited wigs. I haven't been able to get any clothes through one of these AEs yet, and I really wanted some clothes for my Dollfie Dream. :( Oh well, maybe when Volks opens their LA store, the availability of items will improve.
