  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     1. Soooo....just a brief update...my Narin elf did arrive and he is amazing. Surprisingly lightweight ,but a great poser. He did not come with the jointed hands, which are being cast at a later date. He shipped in just a cardbord box with bubble wrap and packaging...was very surprised at that, but he survived intact. My immediate reaction to him was positive, but I am not sure I can get over the negative impact of the long wait with lack of updates. Will wait for his hands to arrive and take it fro there.
      To any one waiting on their larger Narins and Naraes, I hope they come through soon:thumbup

    2. It's nice to here that they are shipping! It has been a long wait but I am a long time collector of Bimong's dolls and I think he got far more orders than expected for the final sale.

    3. @StrontiumDog It's been such a long wait for you, so I'm glad to hear you received your doll! My Narin was also sent the same way without a doll box -- but I didn't mind, I didn't need another doll box taking up space. ;p And yeah, he's incredibly lightweight: my 65cm boys are heavier than him.

      I had the same worry, that negative memories of the preorder would taint my view of my doll. I realized my way of overcoming this negativity was to lean hard into what I love about the hobby -- which is complete my dolls, play with them and take lots of photos. I did that with my Narin, and building the positive hobby memories/experiences has really helped me put the preorder saga behind me. I'm now very fond of my doll and so glad I have him.
      Perhaps you could do something similar? Lean into what you enjoy about BJDs and do that with your Narin? I hope you'll continue to enjoy your doll more. :3nodding:


      Doll tax... Hayk (Narin Grey) has his proper wig now. I've taken innumerable pics of him, this is the latest.

    4. So nice to hear some orders are arriving! I'm still waiting on mine and the jointed hands and hope he'll arrive soon. I hope the jointed hands don't make it close to the 2 year mark, though.
