  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     1. Thanks for the update! ;) As for the Neferti LE thing, Bimong sent Catrina the Neferti master mold in September (I believe as the court case had been won in August) and gave her permission to cast the orders. Since the split with Dollfair, it would appear Bimong is releasing some of his LE (like Shahti through another dealer) and has made Neferti a non-LE. One scenario might be that he has more than one Neferti mold, and another would be that he used previous sample casts of Neferti to make a new master mold.
       
    2. im totally annoyed of this situation, i've sent several emails from this summer and i NEVER got an answer.
      i'm a patient type but now i don't care about her personal troubles at this point, this is business and we're customers who paid for a service, it's unbelievable that i don't get updates about my order or answers to my questions i've sent to different emails to trying to get a contact with Dollfair, there's ZERO communications and im tired, if i wasn't on DoA probably i wouldn't ever known about this situation!!

    5. I am here in the same situation; none of my emails or pm's recieved a reply, and I desperately need to change my adress on the order. I have no words about this.
       
    6. I am very confused regarding the personal status of each of us regarding this issue. I charge and I paid my doll on March 19 and yesterday I received an email which read as follows:

      Dear Sofia:
      We have been finishing up refunds for this product. We will check on your status and get back to you shortly to make sure all has been rectified.

      Does this mean I get my money back?
      I wonder if anyone has had this kind of response as the company Dollfair will make the refund of the money. If the return is via Paypal I will lose money because PayPal keeps a percentage of all revenue receipt. Thus, besides being waiting almost a year, I would have no doll or the total of money.
      I am very sad.
       
    7. Hello everyone.
      Here is a long-overdue update:

      1. CUSTOMER SERVICE: As many of you know, I had Joan here for several years and she knew each of the dolls and many of you personally. She had to leave due to her elderly mother needing home care. This coincided with the flood of emails for refunds etc. I have been trying to train a new person (actually two people, to cover more days) but it hasn't been working out (to say the least!). Part of the problem was trying to train someone new at a really confusing and frustrating time, as well as records kept by a different person, and just way way way more volume of emails than we usually experience. Each email seemed to generate 3-4 more, and they got overwhelmed. So I'm pleased to say my family is stepping up to handle all the emails, and that started yesterday. Every day there will be phone conferences between them so everyone is on the same page with what is needed and so that the millions of tiny details don't slip away. And there are a million billion little details, always. Nanyalin, please don't worry we will contact you about your address change. I have made a note and someone will contact you about it.

      2. NEFERTI heads shipping update: Half went out last week, and we are getting the other half out this week, the magnets needed are not a standard size in the US and the first shipment of them had some micro-cracks which ended up in some of the magnets shattering when they were separated. They arrived Friday and we are working on resin casting them into the remaining head orders. I'm planning to take some pictures today of the heads so you can see how beautiful they are, and I'll try to post them here. We have written permission to cast these heads by Bimong. Some of you have contacted me privately and know some details of his health situation which would explain this behavior on his part. So the last nine months have been like a crazy roller coaster ride.. exhiliarating plans and dreams and great highs, followed by lows and mind changing and absolutely nothing done in the end. I offered to fly over there and help make the dolls and get things jump-started, but my assistance was refused.. I think because then I would have seen there was absolutely nothing going on at all...and that was the final truth kept from me. I feel extremely sorry this happened, but there was no reason to believe he wouldn't make any dolls, and I truly wanted everything to go smoothly with the transition.

      3. REFUNDS- I'm pleased to say are nearing completion. there are three Russian orders which could not be refunded by Paypal due to their regulations, and we will be bank wiring Russian Rubles for the first time ever via Bank of Scotland. I have contacted the Russian customers to ask their banks for the "VO" code, in addition to Swift Code. There is also one customer in England whose refund we processed through didn't match the original order amount on her statement for some reason, and the refund was denied by her card. She told us last night it hadn't arrived, and are arranging to refund by another means. Sofia, we are checking the records also to see what happened with your refund. Please remember that many people use different Paypal emails and often there are friends or family who place the original order and the family member often is the one with the billing email. So they get the refund and all communication on the original order sheet (as we are required to do via Paypal refunds) and this all transpires and they don't tell the person they received the money. So let us go through the records and see where your refund went, and we'll work this out.

    14. You keep on saying that refunds are nearing completion so where is mine? I'm not one of the Russian or European orders so what is taking it so long? I've PM and e-mailed you all my info. What exactly is the refund status of doll orders (excluding the NEFERTI head)? Are you doing more fund transfers? My refund should be through Paypal but I have yet to receive any cent of my $550. My order is #03644.

    20. on 11/27 and 11/30, I've mailed Catrina to finally cancel my order of Nerferti head.

      on 12/01, someone replied that Catrina will contact me soon about this.

      nothing ever since.
