It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum. Narin Creative/Dollfair Waitlist and Resolution

    1. Hmm. It is getting close to the end of the week. Supposedly the other half of the shipment was supposed to go out? (Still wondering why nobody from the first half spoke up...) I may email her again about an update. Even the pictures would help.

    2. Ok. according to Catrina first half of the heads sent out last week.
      Then the second half was supposed to shipped out this.
      Here it is, the end of the week and still no shipping notices.
      No pictures from the first half sent out.
      I've been patient and understanding long enough but this is getting old. Sssssighhhhhhh......
       
    3. Officially the last day of the week. I really hope we get something confirmed soon. x_x
       
    4. There has been a Nerfiti head shown on DoA but she was sent from Bimong!!
       
    5. Yeah, I saw that. I think that was someone after the fact (not somebody who ordered through Dollfair initially and canceled, that is). I really didn't know how to feel about that. I just hope we get ours soon.
       
    6. I received an email from Catrina on Nov. 29th saying my refund would be processed this week...but so far it has not been done. My order is from February.
       
    7. It was nice to see photos of what Neferti looks like in non-promo photos. I hope we all get shipping notices soon.
       
    8. @Catrina: Any updates for us? Is there a problem with installing the magnets? Don't they just pop in? I remember you saying something about them needing to be cast into the head, I'm not sure what that means...?

      I'd love to see a head that came from Catrina being posted. So far the only one is directly from Bimong, has anyone gotten theirs from Catrina?

    13. I'm with you Lysel. I just e-mailed Catrina. If I don't hear anything by the end of the week, I'm going to demand a refund.
      I put so much much faith in her promises and I think we all have been very patient but I'm beginning to wonder are we all getting fed a line of malarkey here.
      I had a good business relationship with Catrina and I believed she got caught in the middle here. But I think there is DEFINITELY something she is not telling us and unfortunately, our money is tied up in this mess.
      Hope to hear something really soon.
       
    14. I got an email from one of her assistants today. Catrina seems to be very sick. I was told I'd get a shipping notification later this week.

    17. Nobody contacted me for the shipping adress change, as Catrina said that would happen. If the head is shipped to my former adress, it will most likely be returned/lost. I can't do anything else -_-U
       
    18. I sent an email requesting a refund. I was hoping to get a Narae but I can't wait any longer especially since I never hear back from anyone.
       
    19. I bought a doll from Bimong in April through Dollfair. Since then Bimong has broken with Dollfair and opened his own website. When he first opened I had written to him and been led to believe that he was going to satisfy the order. Since then I have posted on his Q &A to ask about the doll, and he said that the Neo Narae was cancelled. This being the first I had heard of it, I asked about it, also noticing that he has the head on his board, with a price on it.
      Needless to say, I am more than a little annoyed. This is the worst transaction I have had in this hobby, it compares very well with my transactions with Charles Creature Cabinet, in that I was led to believe one thing, and then another.
       
    20. Did Dollfair forwarded your order to Bimong? That is what they did to me. I ordered my Narin in August. Dollfair just e-mailed me today saying that they are not going to refund me my $550 because I have supposedly requested that they forward my order onto Bimong. I was never made aware of this until today. My understanding is that the money I was supposed to get refund was used to order a Narin directly from Bimong. Dollfair claims to have receipts of the purchase but has never sent any me copies. I've e-mailed Bimong since according to Dollfair he now has my money and is suppose to produce my Narin. I'm anxiously waiting to get some clarification from Bimong. I really don't know who to trust anymore. My main concern is like everybody else here though, it's either my money back or my doll sent to me.
