Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     1. Sometimes I wonder. Haven't gotten replies to my last email yet (though it's only been a couple of days).
       
    2. no reply since a short message saying that cathrina would reply soon... 14 days ago...
       
    3. Just sent another email to both addresses, literally begging for a response. :( I'm on my virtual knees! :eusa_pray
       
    4. Just a thought, has anybody filed or is planning on filing something legally to getting your money back? We're all stuck on the same boat with no refund, no dolls/heads, and no answers. I don't mean to offend anybody with this post BUT I think we've all been very understanding and patient with Catrina. At this point can we all come to some kind of consensus that we've basically been scammed out of our money (this only applies to those who are still waiting on either a refund or a doll/head). How much longer are we to wait to get some true facts from Catrina/Dollfair's side? My personal wait (4 months more or less) has not been as long compared to those who have been waiting a full year but I think we all share some mutual feelings about this whole situation.
       
    5. I have thought about it, but I'm reeeeally hesitant to make that step. The problem for me one way or the other is the ambiguity; I can't tell whether things are good enough to keep waiting, or hopeless enough to start talking to my bank/credit card company/whathaveyou. It's the same issue for either outcome. X_x So I've been holding back on going that far unless I see something blatantly obvious that tells me I won't be seeing my doll head, or my money. Six months and going is pretty awful, but still...
       
    6. I sent an e-mail to [email protected] for Catrina to issue me a refund for the Neferti head. I've lost hope on getting that beautiful sculpt.
      Hopefully Catrina or whoever is helping her will honor my request. Otherwise I will file with PayPal to get my $150 back.
       
    7. I tried to file a claim with Paypal a while back but they said they couldn't do anything because the transaction had pass their 45 calender days credit card policy. Good luck with your's though when and if you do file with them.
       
    8. Oh crap that's horrible.. so now those of who've paid with PayPal now may not be able to reclaim our $150 if we don't get our heads??
       
    9. If you paid with your credit card through Paypal it may be possible to do a chargeback. But otherwise, yes, the window for filing a dispute has most likely passed.

      Do not tell us anything. Catrina not reply to our messages.
      I paid 380 euros including shipping charges, by a dandelion and I do not know if I receive my money and if so, whether you receive the total amount paid.
      Not explained in what ways the money refunded. Paypal gets a percentage, but possibly lose with the change of currency ... there will be people who do not get the total of what they paid.
      I hope since 19 March. Dollfair I've never written by their own volition. It makes me think that if I did not ask or send an email they never would have informed me of anything today. I have not explained why not make my doll, but now that I do not care. I just want my money. The total, at least, the value of the doll (and not how much the shipping charge, but should be taken into account.)
      I am very worried. I fear losing my money.
      Catrina told me to refund you the money but that was almost a month ago.
       
    11. I think people who paid through Paypal should all start complaining about the situation to them. I believe if enough people report this something will happen. We just might get our money back, it doesn't hurt to try. I've already filed my complaint 2 months ago.
       
    12. I have to agree... There were 30 heads sold at $150 each which means $4500.00 total... at this point I'm going to have jump on the refund wagon.
      I am thoroughly done with this and just want my money back.

I sent a rather terse email earlier. ...I don't think I can do the Paypal dispute, though, I paid directly through my card. :sweat If it comes to a refund (and that's kinda what it looks like now...) I think I can do a chargeback, or call my bank/credit card company to dispute the charge. I'll give it till a few days after Xmas I think. Enough time to decide whether I'm really being blown off or not.
       
    14. Don't forget to include money still owed to those who are waiting for a full doll refund. Add my $550 with your $4500.00, so it's $5050.00.

      Call me a doubting thomas but I don't think the first half of the Neferti heads were sent at all. and when it gets to the point where the seller is lying to cover their tracks, that's when things are really bad. Hoping for a resolution to this.

    17. I'm still waiting for 100$ refund also!Catrina requested a special code for Russia - some commercial information?it was sooo hard to get it!!!!!!I managed to find it to cut her transfer fee,but there 's no money,no email - nothing.
       
    18. I called my credit card company to dispute the charge for the $760 I paid for a Neferti head and body and was told that it was too late. Their time frame for chargebacks/disputed charges is 90 days and it's been 6 months. I did get an email from Catrina about 2 weeks ago asking for my phone number so we could talk about the situation, but she hasn't called. I've tried to be patient and let Catrina handle things at her own pace but I seriously doubt I'll ever hear from her or get my requested refund.
       
    19. I had my paypal access restricted and it is currently difficult for me to undo it, since I also had my access to my former spanish bank account restricted... there is nothing I can do now, but wait.
       
    20. I am 100% with you here. If we want things to get moving it seems like getting a lawyer and filing a class-action lawsuit against Catrina/Dollfair would be the best option. I am willing join if this is the route we need to take. Anybody else interested? Who is going to head the group? There are several of us in the US.
