I'm a bit hesitant to go to that next step just yet, but with the way I wrote my last email, if I don't get a response in a manner of days--the Monday after the holiday weekend at latest--I will feel I can safely assume we are all being blown off. Intentionally or not, a business cannot do that. If I cannot chargeback through my bank, I will probably join you. >~<
Things seem to be degrading even further. I'm not sure what to do. I hate to go the step to get the lawyer/filing suit, but I agree that it sounds like there were never any heads made, certainly none shipped. So yes, sadly, that appears to be outright fraud. I guess I'll give it just a little longer, but if things don't improve rapidly, I think it's time for legal action.
UPDATE! I got an email response from Catrina today. Says heads will ship this weekend (no mention of other dolls, etc, but then I hadn't ordered anything else). Shall we give it one more round? Maybe this will be the final, defining moment.
....hmmmm I asked for refund just yesterday but just emailed Catrina asking if it was true whether or not the heads are shipping out this weekend... I rather get the head than a refund!! but I haven't got an answer either way.... yet.

on nov 30 i got a reply to my refund request saying that catrina would reply soon... nothing ever since i've wrote 4 or 5 mails since, and nothing ... nothing ... i don't appreciate being ignored ... (the mail addresse i got a reply is [email protected] but i always write to [email protected]; [email protected] and [email protected] just in case)
Uhhhh.... I think its time that Catrina puts another update on this board... the last update sounded so definite. she was "not going to leave anyone behind"
The email I got an answer from was [email protected]. She said it's her private, personal email, but it was already listed here, so I guess that's ok. She said she was hospitalized for pneumonia, and was on IVs and stuff. I do believe her about this.
Hopefully things turn around here. I won't believe it one hundred percent until I see a shipping notice in my inbox, but I don't have a hard time believing this whole thing could have made a person very ill. I guess we'll see.
Yep, I believe that too... especially how Catrina has been so conscientious in the past. I will e-mail her at the datatext email... maybe I'll get a response that way....
