Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     2. Ok.... So where the heck's our heads??? You'd think Catrina would have someone help her ship out our doll heads if she's that incapacitated.
      I'm seriously getting disenchanted with this whole affair :-/

    6. I'm not expecting a shipping notice or anything untill after Christmas now... but i'm hoping they'll go out before the new year (yeah right!)
       
    7. I'm still wondering what happened to that first shipment of half the heads.... this is so unlike Catrina... I fear something is seriously, seriously wrong... I got a feeling she's in a dark place right now.... whatever's going on, it is apparent she has NO support system.
      How hard could it be to have someone help you out unless you have NO ONE???
       
    8. Catrina (in her last post here) said she explained her situation to her family during the Thanksgiving holiday and was getting extra help through them. Was that extra help on getting everything together just talk to avoid/placify already frustrated customers?
       
    9. To think I really actually believed her about the weekend shipping. Now I don't know what to think. I should have stuck with the refund request from October, but I kept believing the "it's shipping" tomorrow/this weekend/by the end of the week. And no way do I believe a single head was shipped. I'm starting to feel that this is a total loss. Hopefully I'll be eating my words soon, and get a shipping notice. I'd very much like to be proven wrong.

      I've emailed her again. I do hope she's feeling OK.

I don't know if I can post here or not, I am also waiting on a doll from Dollfair and can totally understand and sympathise that this has made Catrina really ill, but at the same time it is hard waiting with no-one to talk to about it. I only ordered on November the 1st, I was vaguely aware of this situation with Dollfair but thought it was only affecting orders from Narin. The doll I bought, a Sleetwealth Briar, was listed as in stock on the website. I assumed it would be here in a week or so but apparently there was a problem with a smashed head cap, a new one was being cast, waiting on magnets, but last friday I got an email from Catrina apologising that she had been in hospital and that my doll would be shipped out next day and that she would send a tracking number.

      I still have nothing and don't want to pester someone who is ill and obviously under a lot of pressure, but at the same time, I can't help but worry. This is the most I've spent on a doll so far, even though she's only blank, I know many of you have paid much more and waited patiently for so much longer, but it's hard to keep faith when all this is going on. I hope we all get a resolution soon.
       
    11. Where is Catrina's studio located anyway? Ohio?
      Wouldn't it be something if anyone one of us lived nearby and offered to help her get the heads out. Or at least take a tour of the studio. Or drop by to see her.
      Or to investigate.... hmmmmmmmmm.......
       
    12. She is located in Berea, Ohio. Minnesota is 3 states away from Ohio. I think New York is closer, Pennsylvania is the only state that is between the 2.
       
    13. ....hopefully after the new year the heads will ship. I honestly do not know what to think here, except for pure speculation that things are far far worse than we can imagine.
       
    14. I just received a mail from Jo Ross, a new Dollfair customer service manager asking me to provide my current address so that the Neferti head could be shipped to the right address! *___*
      I hope they'll be shipped out this time! ^___^

      We have had so many people contacting me about change of address for the holidays so I am contacting each Neferti customer to get their current address to make sure all goes well and you are home to receive it.

      We will be sending the head to you by USPS insured Priority. So sorry abuot the delays with these heads. Producing them in eight different resin colors was a massive undertaking.
