1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

    1. ......has anyone else received an e-mail from dollfair customer service Jo Ross??

    2. i have no email from Jo Ross ((((

    3. I forwarded him my refund request yesterday, no answe yet...

    4. No contact from anyone

    5. still nothing

    6. It is Christmas, so you may not hear anything until Monday.

    7. yeah, the holidays hold everything up. I'm remaining hopeful.

    8. Nothing here either.

    9. Even without any notice or refund my money. The worst ... they do not answer my messages.
We no longer know what else to do. I paid 380 euros for my doll shipping! a lot of money !!!!!
Please, someone knows how I can contact via email Catrina more personally to attend to my messages?
I am very angry. I need the money for other things and now I am five doll and not 380 euros.

    10. Now I'm starting to wonder if the whole "Jo" thing was untrue, or at least just another means of putting things off. I'm hoping that the current delay is holiday related.

    11. Hey guys I was in this thread long long ago when the original problems with Catrina/Bimong first came out and the first batch of refunds was issued.

I kind of read through the last few pages and I'm completely shocked that 2 months have passed and this stuff hasn't been resolved yet.
I also wanted to say that this is NOT the first time something like this has happened with Dollfair. At the beginning of this whole mess I spoke out really REALLY loudly against Catrina and fought tooth and nail, and some people criticized me about being "rude" or "impatient" but it turns out I was right and my suspicions were true about her. I received e-mails from about 7 or 8 people that weren't involved in the current mess but had serious problems like this with Dollfair in the past that were outraged that it was happening to people again. There are even more people who have had these problems with her and Dollfair that just don't want to speak up, but as I said before.... this is probably the 3rd or 4th time that Dollfair has treated their customers poorly, and please also remember that Catrina continued to accept orders for 5 MONTHS after she knew there were problems and dolls weren't getting shipped.

I support you guys, and I really believe that the time for being patient and hopeful should come to an end, and that serious action needs to be taken against her.
I know people want to be patient and forgiving when it comes to dolls because we all feel that special bond this hobby creates among it's collectors, but sometimes people don't do the right thing, and when it comes down to it, it's your money that's gone. Money you probably worked hard for and worked hard to save. You gave it to Catrina in trust that dolls would be delivered, and now it's gone and promises keep getting made and broken, you're either being ignored completely by her, or the honesty of the answers you are given is questionable.

I'm so sorry for everyone going through this. :(

I would start by filing an IC3 with the FBI for internet fraud crimes, and also go to the better business bureau website and complain, or you can also call.

I wish you all good luck.

      hugs!

    12. Wow.... that's some powerful input to this thread.... I do not know what to think except I'm getting darned tired of getting my hopes raised every few weeks or so.
I also wonder how many people had received a customer service e-mail from dollfair's "Jo Ross"... I've been pretty pliable with Catrina and I'm beginning to suspect that I'm being manipulated... how many people have gotten an e-mail regarding the Neferti heads?

    13. I know for sure that one other person got one besides me, because when I saw that message posted here, I immediately sent an email to Catrina, and then got the response from this Jo Ross person. Has anyone else gotten one? Has there been any follow-up on any?

I think we need to make Catrina & company aware that we're considering major legal action, and if there is still no response (or more importantly no dolls, or at least actual shipping info), then start the process of researching what recourse there is legally.

We now have had several people come forth and tell stories of mishandling and potentially deceptive practices. All of this, on both sides, is anecdotal, but there still seems to be a preponderance of evidence suggesting at the very least poor business skills. I hope for her sake and for ours that this ends well.

      Time to send another email.

    14. I unfortunately haven't heard anything from a Jo Ross. =__=

    15. I got a very prompt response to my email; I sent it and she replied within the hour. It does sound like there's stuff being worked on. Based on what she said, people are bombarding her and her assistant Jo with emails. They're trying to get all the addresses confirmed, but the massive volume of emails needing to be sifted through is making it difficult.

I know there's a wiki page for order status stuff, could one be started for address info only? Name, user and real, current shipping address, order # and info (necessary info only, like doll/head, color, etc), and whether the address may change soon, from what to what, and the date of this change, and current email address. Nothing more. This would create an orderly documentation of required information for them to use. I have not one single clue about how to create such a page, though. Any volunteers?

    16. Haru jen : i'm not sure people will give their personal informations public, but at least e-mails/order number/name would be nice ^^

These can be added to the existing wiki page, I can add it for you guys if you want ;)

      -----------

for my part , i never got a response to my 5 or 6 e-mails to Catrina and then Jo :(

I' m stll waiting for some attention, if it's not a refund right now, at least a confirmation that they took note of my refund request...

i'm wiling to read more lies, but at least i won't be ignored !!

      *sorry for my broken english*

    17. This is so discouraging. Either don't know what to do -_-

    18. I would start going through this whole thread and start taking screenshots of everything Catrina has said.

    19. I was thinking the same thing today about the public access, is there another way to compile that info without it being public? There are so many things I don't have a clue about with the internet... :sweat

    20. I put as much as I will on the Wiki page.

Nothing has changed regarding my order, address etc. Still waiting.

So email address [email protected] works?
