Well, I was thinking that maybe Henry (I said Hector in the last page, it was the wrong name) can help you all. He wrote from this mail [email protected] so you can try and ask him for your orders. [edit] For those of you within the Paypal (30-40 days) or Credit Card company (90 days) time limits this information might help with a refund/chargeback instead of trying to contact Dollfair and get your money returned. It's been working well in the Customhouse WR. For international sellers, the rules are a little different. Sellers in the U.K., Australia, and Canada can issue refunds through their local bank accounts like U.S. sellers can. However, sellers in other countries must either use a U.S. bank account (which few international sellers have access to) or must have a balance in their PayPal account to process a refund. When Catrina rang me in late November she did say she was preparing for a show that was already booked in January. Perhaps she needs to get more orders in to be able to issue more refunds???
Actually, I looked through the list of exhibiters for IDEX and don't see Dollfair or Atelier Nouveau, unless I messed them?
Ok, so I totalled up the amount of money from all the outstanding doll orders on the DollFair Waiting List in progress and SO FAR the grand total is about $5,400.00!!!! (and if all 30 Neferti heads were sold then that would bring the total up to $8,400- only ten Neferti heads are on the list so far) We paid DollFair ALL this money so what did Catrina do with it??? What am I missing here??
Searching in the source code for links to Dollfair etc doesn't bring up anything. It's possible she's registered under a different exhibitor name or is sharing space with someone else.
Tried that too, and the other keywords I could think of (Catrina, Briar, Enchanted, Atelier, etc...), didn't turn up anything. If you go into the sourcecode for the exhibitors page I find it easier to search because it will search al the urls of pages that are linked to, as well as exhibitor names.
Wait a second..... where is IDEX being held (doh i should know this)? I've been working with a few people here on DoA gathering information about this whole mess and trying to put the pieces together. Tomorrow I will post a blog with all the things that have been found. Also I talked on skype last night to Bimong, and in the next few days I hope to speak on skype with his translator as well. I think he wants to tell everything he knows from his 3 years of working with Catrina, so that will be interesting if it happens and I'll post everything in the blog for you guys. We've put hours and hours into finding the stuff we've found so far... so hopefully I'll get it organized soon in a way that makes sense and i'll let you know here when i get it all posted.
I live in Jacksonville it's only 2-4 hours away (depending if how fast i drive) Hm....... if it's not sold out it might be POSSIBLE for me to go and see if i can hunt down Catrina. You know i can google my way to catrina's home address but i cannot for the LIFE of me find the IDEX home page. What the heck.

I checked already...tickets are still available for the three day show. Let's get a group together...we can all go visit Catrina AND go to the: BJD Mixer & Meet-Up Registration - $60.00. Includes admission to BJD Mixer & Meet-Up on Saturday, January 29th at 6 pm and IDEX Main Show Floor & Retail Alley on Saturday, January 29th and Sunday, January 30th during public hours. Let's get a count of all the people that want to go...I can set up reservations and you guys can reimburse me...I don't even charge interest, LOL I've already signed up for four friends so let's try for a larger group especially DOA members from this thread! But you should remember that IDEX may not be the doll fair in January that she was talking about, are there any others, doesn't necessarily have to be in the USA either. Having said that, I'm sure you would have fun there, either way!
Catrina was at IDEX last year, and as OpheliaB mentioned, she had a "verbal contract... to work for her again at IDEX 2011". Dollfair's absence from the exhibitors list is a bit odd though, if IDEX is the event Catrina is attending.
