Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.       Alright guys!!! Time to rally!
      I called the Attorney General's Office and we need more people to step forward and file a complaint with them, you can do this even if you are not located in the USA! They are WILLING TO HELP! All you have to do is fill out the form which can be found on their website here:

      EVERYTHING you need to fill out the form in regards to Dollfair's address and phone numbers can be found here:

      Lets get the rest of these complaints filed! The worst thing you can do for yourself is not doing anything at all.... enough people have suffered! This form will make a difference! Even if you have sent your order to Bimong you can file this form.

    3. Yes, please everybody who hasn't file please do so. My chargeback with my bank does not look very promising so I would like everybody who is still waiting for their refunds to help in this cause for the benefit for all of us. Even if Bimong has promised to make our dolls/heads we should not forget that we were scammed out of money by Catrina/Dollfair. Just because we will eventually get our stuff does not mean Catrina should go free and not be held responsible at all. It is not over yet until we get our money back.

    5. It really, really isn't hard to fill out the forms. And for people for whom English is not their first language, on the "description" part you could just be very brief and tell them that your English isn't perfect, I'm sure they'll understand. Especially with other people filing the same complaint, they'll know what it is you're talking about.

      Also, received a kind e-mail from Bimong and got added to his list.

      I'm speechless at the difference between IDEX' and Bimong's answers to current situation : it's incredible that IDEX staff doesn't give a damn about what ARE serious, legal issues, while one of the supposed victims of Dollfair do cope up with their mess ! O_o
      Honestly, this makes me feel a bit sad and disheartened about the doll 'big' industry and social life :/ ...
       
    10. Don't know if this will help anyone, but I've been away on a long weekend and came back to find out that Visa have refunded my Chargeback and have gone off to "investigate" Dollfair. I am keeping my fingers crossed that it's the end of the whole sorry affair for me at least, although I will still file with the Ohio Attorneys Office tomorrow as so many of you are still waiting. I hope that Visa won't reverse the chargeback if they can't get the money from Catrina, presume they won't. More than that though, I hope you all get some resolution and full refunds all round. Good luck to all of you.
       
    11. What do you all think I should do? I have had some communication from dollfair..they said that Limhwa said my faceplate was sent out a couple of weeks ago..and that they are looking into it..but I still have yet to get my faceplate..and I sent it off in september. I bought my toyou sara so long ago..I dont think I can do a chargeback..cause I paid with paypal..but I dont know for sure. Do you think since they told me they are looking into it,that it will get fixed and I will get my faceplate?

    12. vonbonbon, I'm very happy for you with your successful chargeback. I wasn't as fortunate. My bank will not do anything on my behalf. I just talked to them again today and they want all kinds of proof that I really didn't received my doll. My word, e-mails (to & from Catrina), & receipt was not proof enough for them. They even want me to go as far as getting some kind of receiving package list from my local post office. It's so ridiculous. I don't even know what method Catrina uses for shipping dolls out after she receives them from the Korean companies. Regular usps with tracking, UPS or FedEx? At this point who is naive enough to believe in Catrina and that she will either send us our dolls/heads or a refund. This has been going on far long enough and now my own bank is even doubting me thinking that I'm just trying to get money from them. Like I have nothing better to do then waste time and effort pursuing something like this for 4-5 months if it was not true. It makes me so angry that I am viewed suspiciously when I was the one cheated out of my money.

      nocturneofsilence, did you have troubles when trying to call the Ohio Attorney General's office? I've tried calling them twice now and during both times I was put on hold for long durations. I called in the morning and late afternoon. Am just calling at the wrong times of the day?

    15. Have you tried going down to your local police office and filing charges, then forwarding a copy of the report onto the bank. I would think they would have to act then.

I don't think your bank/Visa can ignore that weight of information, just get back on to them, I was told that 120 days is the time limit but if Visa feels there is sufficient case they may still refund you beyond that. Don't give up.
       
    18. This sounds similar to when Catrina told people she sent the Neferti heads to Cristy Stone but they never arrived.

      Did you pay with a credit card or debit card THROUGH paypal? If so you can still file a charge back THROUGH your credit card company or bank where your debit card came from.

      Some things that might help if you file with your credit card company, like Vonbonbon has said:
