It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     3. Where is Joan through all of this?? I want my toyou sara faceplate back or a refund! Are limhwa orders suffering too,or are the problems exclusive to the narin dolls??What a waist of a great doll..her body is beautiful..but she has no face..thats such a tragedy..:( I still have yet to get a tracking number..I was told the faceplate shipped from limhwa weeks ago..now its starting to look like a lie. I would love for it to show up so I can post an update and vindicate my situation..but nothing has come..so my poor doll has no face. I posted 2 times on the yahoo group about my situation,and my posts have yet to show up...its so convienient that the group is now moderated and peoples posts have to be approved to show..

    5. Bimong emailed me back with the same list. I will see if I can figure this out. I was never given an order number or a confirmation from dollfair, but my payment was taken over paypal. I have the records of the transaction on paypal. Thanks for your help. I will try to work this out. I remember emailing dollfair a while ago for a confirmation and order status and never got one.

There's definatley some Narin dolls there, I imagine they are left over stock though - really, if she had any spare stock at all they should have been offerd to those waiting on similar dolls from her - but it's not like this is the first time she hasn't done the decent thing, right - -'

    11. I think most of them are Limhwa (You can usually tell Limhwa girls by their hands) or custom Machina. The boy with the open white shirt might be a Narin though.

    13. "Catherine" was at the booth at IDEX. She was promoting the limwha dolls. I didn't think to ask her what the turn around time was for those. She was selling a narin doll for $500 and some doll clothes. She had 2 other cronies with her.

    14. I find it totally shocking that she can be there as bold as brass (as my mum used to say!) when she owes thousands of $$. I can't understand why she isn't being investigated for fraud by now. Limhwa really need to think twice before continuing to do business as I know I for one will never buy a doll through Dollfair/Catrina/Catherine/Jo/whatever name she uses next

    15. Bimong is asking that those who ordered through Paypal try to make a refund claim, and to be sure and fair he has requested everyone to show him their failed claim before he will fulfill Dollfair orders.

      As he's new to Paypal he might not realise that the claim period has expired though :?. Those on Bimong's waitlist might want to remind him about Paypal's policies.

      That said, if you try to inform Payal that your purchase was for a pre-order item, or an item with a long manufacturing period before shipping, you may still be able to get them to put the heat on Catrina for a refund. Because these orders are somewhat unusual and Paypal's normal policy doesn't really cover it adequately because of the extended wait times.

    17. I think if there hasn't been any contact from Catrina (or whatever her name is) at this point there isn't going to be anything more to hear from her. It would be a miracle if we did. I've filed with everyone I could have filed with. I just sent Bimong a copy of the dispute page from Paypal with a refusal by Paypal. Hopefully this moves me closer to perhaps getting my Neferti home......

    18. It may appear a little ominous but he says he is still committed to making dolls for people affected by the Dollfair fallout. If you cannot get a refund you just send him the response you get from Paypal stating why your claim cannot be fulfilled.

      He may not fully understand Paypal's claim policy or the extent of Catrina's non-communication. If it's true that he is covering these orders at his own full or partial expense it makes sense that he wants to try and exhaust all the other options first.

    20. I agree with both you DevKimiko and obsessed_mimiko. I did tell Bimong that many of us have gone this route already. I do feel like this is going to be going on for awhile though while Bimong waits for the Paypal responses.
